I have the Basic Zoom account. When I start a Zoom meeting, my video is displayed and I see myself. However, once someone joins the meeting my video disappears and I no longer see myself. Others in the meeting still see me, but I just don't see myself. Regardless of whether I start the meeting or join someone else's meeting, I don't see myself. I'm on a MacBook Air. I've never had this issue before and I've been using Zoom for years. I've tried deleting the app and re-installing it multiple times, but that didn't work. I even tried just using zoom on my browser and that actually worked, but now it's not working anymore and my video is not displaying.Again, others in the meeting see me - my video just doesn't display for myself. Hi to all I have send invitations with a link meeting and later, by mistake, I have erased the meeting from zoom  Is there a way for me to  retrieve the deleted meeting ?   Kind regards  

Is anyone else seeing this?  We've been sending images and screenshots to each other for years and yesterday that functionality seemed to break. We're on day two of the outage and completely crippled. Symptoms:-When pasting an image, .TXT file, or screenshot Zoom spins like it's uploading for a minute or two and errors out.-Even when trying to send myself an image in Zoom, on my cell phone, using my public carrier, Zoom spins and eventually fails.-Inside the firewall or outside makes no difference.-Everyone is in the same group and IM group. We can still chat each other with text-based messages though.

Hi, I work as an assistant and need to schedule webinair's on behalf of my boss. My boss has given me permission to schedule zoom meetings but how do I add him to my "schedule for" on webinair please. Many Thanks

Since recent Zoom updates I have a problem with the web cam. When I am video sharing, a static-like band, green distorted image appears.  At first I thought it was my computer or the attached web cam (NEXIGO with Dell Laptop Latitude-Windows 10). However other users have this issue as well. Is Zoom aware of this and will it be resolved anytime soon?  Of note is that this does not occur when I access Zoom from my android phone.  

I recently upgraded to a 5th generation iPad Pro. When I have my iPad Pro connected to my MacBook Pro and during a Zoom meeting if I select share ipad via cable, there is a loud buzzing noise that happens every 30 seconds that all participants can hear. If I remove the cable and choose share ipad via airplay, there is no buzzing sound.  This behavior is something new with the 5th generation iPad. If I connect my 3rd generation iPad Pro (same configuration, IOS version, and apps as the 5th generation) and choose share iPad via cable, there is no buzzing sound. I have the lastest IOS versions on my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro and the latest version of Zoom. Is anyone else having this problem? I have contacted Apple support several times and after trying many things, they say contact Zoom of course. I have an appointment at the Apple genius bar later today to have the look at it. 

Ever since early December 2022, whenever I try to share my screen during a Zoom meeting, I get a "Zoom Quit Unexpectedly" error. Both my Zoom and my Windows system are up to date, and I've tried several of the most common fixes with video acceleration to fix the problem, yet it persists. I've also tried sharing my screen on a simple Zoom meeting where I am the only participant without error, but as soon as another person enters, I usually get about 3 "Zoom quit unexpectedly" dialog boxes (without me actually being booted from the meeting), followed by usually a fourth that kicks me out of the meeting and then lets me back in without my screen shared. I have tried sharing different program screens (Mozilla, Chrome, and Word) and have gotten the same error. My computer is an HP Spectre. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? Thanks very much!

My church would like to buy a pro account that allows  for several managers, each with the ability to start a meeting from his own email address.  Is this possible?

Hi, can anyone help me? I’m using Zoom for a long time, and from today on I just couldn’t enter my meetings because my zoom is I’m in a secure mode (?). I can see and hear my guests, but they can’t hear me and they see my image as the secure mode screen (see below). How can I get out of this secure mode, what’s this secure mode I never saw before? Can you help or direct to someone who can (I tried everything in Zoom support webpages unsuccessfully). Many thanks, Filipe

What I know about things video you could fit on the head of a pin and still build an amusement park.My wife intends to air a video over Zoom. She does have the rights to do so.It is 56 minutes long.MKV720 x 480464 MBI initially ripped it from a standard DVD using Handbrake to an M4V 1.34 GB file. Then, again using Handbrake, I reduced it to the above.It will go out on our home network which is 20+ Mbps up.Will it work? We will test but I’m antsy for some knowledge.

Hi. I am having trouble using Zoom on my Acer Chromebook. Currently I have both the Zoom app and Zoom Cloud Meetings for Chrome extension. Which one should I use please?   The sort of problems i seem to have is with High CPU Quality affecting the sound quality , as well with bandwidth. When on in a meeting, my sound seems to be made mute except when i am speaking.   Does any one have any ideas or any way to help me please?   Thank you   Alistair Clarke Usk Wales., UK.

Is there a limit to how many Alternative Hosts that can be assigned to a meeting? I need to assign 2 or 3. 

I put out an invitation for Zoom meeting yesterday using email contacts but not everyone received an invite that was included? Help.  

I have done a factory reset and added the phone to the devices on my Zoom app. But how do I get the actual phone synced up? Don't I need to sign in somewhere on it? Desperately need help PLEASE!!

I'd like to double-check my understanding of the differences between webinars and meetings.  We have a Pro Account.  The size of the meeting is not an issue as we will have under 500 participants.  We have LOTS of experience hosting meetings, typically with under 50 participants, but we've never hosted a webinar.  Next month we will be hosting larger events with more outsiders, hence my question. I'm not concerned about the cost for the webinar license, I just want to know if we have a compelling reason to convert these events to webinars. I know that in a meeting, I can:set people to mute automatically on entryturn off people's ability to unmute themselves unless they are explicitly asked to unmute by the hostturn off participant screen sharingturn off chat, though I may not want to do thatI can even turn off the participant's video, though I don't want to do thatI know all about using the waiting room in a meeting and how to remove disruptive participants if

If/how do you enable/use breakrooms if you have the Basic account?   I don't see the options indicated from the chat help screens on how to enable breakrooms.  So, something is missing under my account.  Is Breakroom only a paid feature?   Can anyone help me?

Hello. Unfortunately last few weeks I am not in a position to schedule any meetings on the App installed on my computer. Once I click schedule it takes me to a blank screen. Uninstall and reinstall did not work either. Are there any other solutions please? Thank you.

I am using a MacBook. After updating the latest zoom version, I get this grey/black lines across my screen when I turn on the video. There is nothing wrong with my camera lens i.e. I do not have these lines in other video conferencing platforms.  I have reinstalled Zoom a few times, and also updated my iOS to Big Sur 11.5.2 This problem has been around for the past two weeks. Please advise. Hi All, I just created a webinar (been doing them for years), and normally I add the speaker's headshot and bio under BRANDING section as described here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115002548166-Customizing-webinar-branding-settings . But today when I create a webinar, the branding section doesn't have a Speakers section / add Speaker button.  It only has Title, Banner, Logo, Post Attendee URL, and Survey. I can't imagine the ability to upload a speaker photo/bio would disappear.   Did it move? Thanks,Q.
