incoming call history

The Zoom phone's incoming call history is only partially displayed on the Android ZoomPhoneApp, even though it is all recorded on the web admin page.

 

I considered the impact of forwarding calls from the company phone to the Zoom phone, but even incoming calls directly to the ZoomPhone may not show up in the history.

 

How do i fix it?

Zoom support advised me to reinstall the Zoom app and it fixed it.

hi akr555,

 

i do not have an android phone.  on my iphone, my most recent calls are displayed and i can scroll to see all my calls.  have you tried scrolling to see all your calls? 

zoom support articles covers both android and ios.  

Call history and recordings are synced between the Zoom desktop client and mobile app.

Thank you for your comment.

I have checked the incoming call history for the desktop and mobile versions. The desktop version has all the history, but it doesn't seem to be syncing properly with the mobile version(android). 

I installed the app on my iPad as a test and it synced properly.

 

I have sent a support ticket and will wait to hear from them.
