I am sorry if these quesitons have been asked and answered already, but since I am not very good with technical matters, I could not find them. I am sort of trying to figure one thing out here, and that is what sort of possibilites I have when it comes to recording things on Zoom.  I do get the basic recording part ( I have tried it and it seems to work both when I am speaking as well as when other's are speaking. And both people get recorded....) What I am curious about is this though, is it possible to do more with the recording feature? What I would really like to do is to have some sort of "save option" so i could save 2 minutes of talk. Then continue on and if I am not happy with the next part of the recording I would just like to get back to my "latest save" and start over from there....Is this something that is possible to do? If not, would it be possible to record and then save that recording part "without shuttting down" Zoom? ( If that is a possi

v 5.12.9 Running Mac OS. New update to Zoom no longer brings up iCal when scheduling a meeting but defaults to Outlook, which I don't use. Does anyone know how to remove Outlook?

Hi - been trying to update my credit card info on the Zoom site.  We are located in Canada and Zoom's system will not accept the change.  Keeps indicating a province needs to be identified but drop down menu is only US states.  Have been through all the help screens and even tried to set up second back up credit card with no success.  Tried to work through their chat support. Spent a hour on hold on the phone.  Any suggestions?

A vendor is hosting a webinar. I want my clients to join the webinar, however, I don't want the vendor to get the contact information of my clients (through the webinar registration process). How do I achieve that?   Can I say for e.g. create my own zoom meeting or webinar and link it to the original webinar? That way, if my clients register, they register on my zoom meeting/webinar, but when they join, they are redirected to the vendor webinar?

Hi, I want to integrate Zoom into the new Splunk Incident Intelligence product to allow our teams to create a zoom call when we create an incident but I'm not finding much information on how to integrate it. I've gone to the Zoom marketplace but it looks like that's just used if I want to build an app to integrate into Zoom. I've attached a screenshot of the information that is required to integrate. Any help in pointing me in the direction of where to find the API key and API secret would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello I paid a subscription and it cancelled is there anyway to get previous recorded meetings that were on zoom cloud . I logged in and don’t see them 

We have our room controller iPads configured using Meraki MDM and kept the controller app open using the MDM-level single app mode. The downside to this is that the app cannot update until the app lock is disabled and the app itself is closed, and we want to automate this as much as possible. I have found and enabled the following settings in Zoom Admin:Room Management > Zoom Rooms > Account SettingsAutonomous Single App Mode I also made a test profile in MDM that allows ASAM to function, and confirmed that it does work after making sure the MDM lock is inactiveAllow to update the apps directly from the roomDevice Management > Device List > Account SettingsAutomatically update app - Zoom RoomsLast night I received a notification that one of the test profile iPads had rebooted, but when I checked it this morning the app version had not updated. I blocked my friend on zoom chat and instead of hitting unblock I deleted her. Now when I send her a contact request, she doesn't receive it. How should I:a) unblock her andb) add her into my contacts again.

Hi there, I could have sworn I was able to add source tracking links to my event last year, but this year I'm not able to find where this tool is located. Does this capability still exist for Zoom Events? If so, where would I be able to find it? 

My and I are doing a zoom event. We both have a zoom account license for 500 people. We anticipate that there might be more people attending. Can we bring our two accounts together to host a meeting with 1000 participants?

How do I uninstall the Zoom App "Just Join"?  I can't open the app to access the drop down list that includes the uninstall option.

We have 4 accounts - the main one and 3 sub accounts. We have linked the main one to Vimeo and it is really helpful. Can we link the sub-accounts also?

Has anyone encountered this? I guess someone who owned my number before started using it as their ID and then didn't want to change it? I wonder if there's any way to find out who owns it, and if they're not a frequent Zoom user, or maybe don't use it all, possibly get them to give it up so I can use it? 

Hello, Recently an attendee used the closed captions feature in a meeting. We were unaware that this feature was available and noticed that there were permissions for the user to obtain a transcript of the meeting. Is there a way to find out which attendee initiated closed captioning?The account used to host the meeting is a premium account. The attendees only have free accounts. Thank you!

With the latest version installed, I am told that my machine does not support virtual backgrounds. The help page does not list W11 among supported operating systems! Will that be corrected on the W11 release date?

I have the $15 per month plan.I would like to know how to get the zoom back end to kick up camera resolution to 720P or higher with a small number of participants.My advanced settings are set to allow high quality video.I understand its important to put the zoom app into full screen as well.Do all participants need to be in full screen mode for camera video to kick up to 720 or 1080?Do all participants need a paid account?There are 3 to 4 participants on my recurring call, all on fast macs with fast connectionsMy stats window always says 320 x 640.Screen share picks up to 1080Sadly camera feed never exceeds 320x640Would zoom consider a force 720 camera video feature?  

Just getting our company up and running with Zoom Phones. My question is about ensuring Caller ID is set up properly. I have a local number assigned to me. When I look in my settings, it says that caller ID is set to my company name, but when I test it, the phone number appears without my company name. What am I missing?
