I have paid to the zoom this January 23. But there is still having 40 minutes cut. how to fix it. 

After many years of using it, suddenly my virtual background function does not work any more! Zoom is not willing to help me, so I hope someone here can please:-). Thanks in advance.   I have enabled the virtual background in my account setup. When I go to preferences (am using Macbook, all updated and latest version of Zoom) and want to enable the virtual background, nothing happens, when I tick the 'green screen' icon (I have one) nothing happens, and when I upload an image to be used as virtual background and click it, nothing happens and it will just automatically disappear again! I have a Zoom Business one plan with 10 licences.I want to use one of these licences for an email address that already has a free account.When I try to use the email address, Zoom says it's already in use.If I close the free account, will I be able to give the email address that was associated with that account one of my licences?

Hello !I am working with my Zoom recordings to clip and use as Instagram posts AND the quality of the video when I post on IG is terrible. I have changed my settings to HD so will try that AND, I'm curious if you have other ideas....I put my recording into iMovie to clip it and then to IG from there.  THANKS for your help! I am working on a 2023 Macbook Air and version of zoom 5.16.10. 

Recently it appears that Zoom has added a timeout feature on the Raised Hand feature. And if you are not watching on the bottom of the screen for the cancel button, it will remove your Raised Hand. I have updated my Zoom client on my Windows PC to the latest version. Is there anyway for me individually to turn off this Raised Hand timeout function on my Zoom client? Or is there a way for me to change the settings on my Zoom account so that when I am hosting a Zoom meeting, no one in the meeting will have their Raised Hand removed by a timeout?

I started to use zooming as personal meeting host last month, and I paid all my requires but still I have hard time to do a schedule and meeting? the app gives me only 40 minutes why? can someone help. I cannot even get a right agent to help me online? 

Does my pro license not allow me to have longer meetings than 40 minutes?

if a link is sent to you for a meeting and you share that link would the other person clicking the link show up on the zoom call as your name?

What I am hoping to do is find a way to view or export a list of all the Zoom phone users and how much they have used the phone in total minutes. I have exported phone usage data but it does not list totals per user and I think users that have not used the phone at all don't show up. We have employees who are probably not using Zoom phone because they are not aware they have it and we have other employees who have requested a phone but who probably no longer need it. We need a good way to audit this info. Thanks!

I would like to host a zoom where customers can see my video when it is convenient for them.  I am not sure where to find the information to do that.I have set up an invite for them to go to my zoom account.  Just not sure how to do the next step by getting my video onto my site

A few years ago I opened an account for our association. I was the owner and had 2 other admins. 1 license for the pro plan with webinars up to 500 plan. Now that I am no longer in the organization the ownership went to the chair of the association. I logged out and was told I was no longer on the account. Now that I want to have my independent account it is to my surprise still used for the associations account. IHow do I delete my email from the associations zoom account. I want to use my email to open a new personal account.

Is there a way to disable the chat for only specific attendees in a webinar? We are offering large webinars with the chat function enabled for the entire webinars. However, we want to be able to restrict some attendees from being able to post in the chat, due to disrupting the chat. Keeping the chat on for attendees to be able to post in the chat is an important part of our webinars, so we don't want to turn the chat off or restrict everyone.Thank you!

We recently hosted a large hybrid event: live in an auditorium with mics and a PA system and 80 people connected via Zoom. To eliminate echo and feedback, we used an audio mixer with presenter mic output going to the in-room PA system and also to the mic input on the host laptop to route to Zoom participants. In the reverse direction, we had headphone output from the host laptop routing Zoom participant speech to the audio mixer and out to the in-room PA system. The audio all worked perfectly. The problem was that because in-room audio was routed through the host laptop, Zoom considered the host laptop the active speaker anytime mics from the auditorium were active and Zoom featured the video of the person operating the laptop at all times except when another Zoom participant spoke. We thought this might happen and tried to prevent it by spotlighting and pinning video from 2 cameras turned on the in-room presenters. I'm responsible for setting up breakout rooms for a webinar. We want particular people to be in each room. Do I first set up the breakout rooms and then assign the selected people to those rooms? 

Hi,I know I have done this before, but I got a new computer and can't work out how to do it again. When I schedule a new meeting Zoom tries to open outlook in order for me to send an email to other participants. I do not have an outlook account (has backfired and removed emails when I did it previously and so do not want to take that risk again!) and so I end up wasting quite a bit of time waiting for it to realise it is not working and then cancelling it. I am sure there is somewhere in the settings that allows me to stop this occurring. I would really appreciate your help! When responding, please assume I have no idea what I am doing and  start from the beginning regarding which options I need to chose. I did find one post on the community discussion board but couldn't work out how to find the page that was screen-shotted...Thanking you in advance,Kathy

Hi, I will be doing a hybrid event next month with 6 interpreters, with only 3 different languages output.The main channel/floor will be a mix of english/french/spanish. the 6 interpreters will be as followed :english - frenchspanish - frenchfrench - englishspanish - englishenglish - spanishfrench - spanish If I understand zoom capabilities correctly, two interpreters will share the same channel.ex : english - spanish and french - spanish will share the same ''spanish output channel''Since they do not target the same language, they shouldn't talk over each other right ? What about when the floor is speaking spanish, are the interpreters able to select the floor sound as their output as I also need to send the 3 interpretation output channels to a bosch integrus sytem for the in-person attendees? I don't want the in person attendees to keep switching in between channels.let me know if there is something i am missing. thank you,   

Hello Zoomers, I have been trying to connect Zoom with Hubspot for meetings and such, but I simply cannot figure this out--and its been two weeks. I've read every existing forum related to HubSpot and Zoom. and nothing. My admin told me to just tell her what roles i should have, and we'll be good. Well, I tried. It didn't work. So I need a Zoom professional, or a five-star general, heck, even sir Eric Yuan, to tell me what exact roles and permissions I need to have to make this seamless.   

I have a new Pro account and have enabled waiting room for my personal meeting room. I have tested it out with a number of people using my personal link - they are in my waiting room, but they never show up for me. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix? I've already submitted a support ticket, but thought I'd ask here. 

Members and observers will participate in a future meeting. Can I create a Breakout Room for observers so they can only watch the main meeting but not be able to vote or react?

When we have started a meeting but there are a unexpected large number of participants joining which exceeds the current licence limit, can we extend the limit immediately without restarting the meeting? 

Hi, I've googled and googled and can't seem to figure this one out. When I run a meeting with my Pro account, I click on the Participants list, then click More next to the participant's name, and it gives me a list of options but the "Allow to Record Local Files" option is missing. So I cannot give the participant permission to record. When that same participant runs the meeting with their Free account, they CAN give me permission to record. Is there a preference setting somewhere that will allow me to give participants the ability to record my meetings?
