Hello!I run hybrid Zoom meetings and we've previously had someone remotely start the recording while I run the meeting in the room. That person is no longer available to run the recording. I was curious if I start the recording in the room, and we have a brief internet outage, whether the recording will continue or does it need to be restarted? Should I have someone with a stronger internet connection remotely start the meeting, or does it even matter? Since we are streaming the meeting in the room, the overall quality of the video is already dependent on the room internet. Nothing I can do about that. But if the recording isn't going to be disrupted by something that happens in the room, then I won't bother to try and find a new volunteer to run the recording remotely.Thank you!

HelloI declared my poly edge 20 phone on the Zoom web portal with its Mac address: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. On my users Lan switch, I created a specific vlan and assigned it to the phone. Subsequently, I created all the necessary flows as is the case for the zoom application to the zoom cloud servers. The phone retrieves an @IP36_2 but I cannot register it on the portal, it remains offline. I looked at the streams between the phone and Zoom no streams are visible on my firewall.I need help with the process of starting and registering a phone to zoom.

I added a lip color a few weeks ago to my video. Now I want to take it off but for the life of me, I cannot find how to do that. Help?!

Hello, I've set up a virtual product in WooCommerce on my WordPress site and I've created a Zoom meeting with required registration. Now I want a customer who purchases the virtual product workshop to be taken to the Zoom registration page. I test purchased the product but was not taken to the Zoom registration page.  All I get is an order confirmation (as per attached screenshot) but no button or link to take the next step - register for the workshop. Could someone help me figure out what I'm missing?  Thank you

Hello out there fellow musicians.Does anyone have any advice about how to get a better sound quality for teaching music, voice specifically, on Zoom.I fixed some of the audio settings, but am not there yet.  My student  (and me too!) still cuts out about half the time when sustaining notes for any length of time. I have a student in Bejiing China. I sent her a link via email. She could not join because she got a message that said: The host account is limited. I have no idea what that means. I have been working with this student for over 2 years on zoom. I have a Pro account.

I know what you're thinking: don't forget to turn off your blur background filter.  The crazy thing is: this is a fresh install of Zoom and the background filters aren't even installed, let alone enabled. Here's what I've tried: As stated in the title, I've used both a default install of Camo Studio as well as EpochCam and both produce the same result.  When I look at the camera output in Camo Studio, the background is crystal clear, however at the same time it's blurred on Zoom.  I've also tried using OBS as an intermediate, to see if the problem is between Camo Studio and Zoom.  However this produces a clear background in OBS and the blurry one remains in Zoom.  What's interesting is I've tried adding a window to the camera feed in OBS and when it arrives on Zoom this too is blurred. I've also tried capturing the output from all of the above in Quicktime.  This produces video with a clear background. At this point I'm totally scratchi

Using Zoom Room with our new Logitech Rally Bar, and I noticed I cannot use the virtual backgrounds with the Rally Bar unless it is in BYOD mode. Is there any solution for this as I know older AV bars that allow for Virtual backgrounds?

I have several pre-recorded videos that i plan to play on screen share during a Zoom webinar. They are about 1 hour long and file size is large, around 2GB each. Will this display ok for viewers or will the large file size cause lags or problems when streaming over the webinar screen share? Thanks!

I created a Meeting requiring registration. When the link is opened, the name and email fields are already filled-in with someone's information (not mine). Any ideas why that's happening and how it can be corrected?

Hi All I wanted to upgrade my account from the free version to the next level so can have meetings over 40 mins.  Spend an hour on the phone last night and have been told I must wait for the reseller to contact me, which makes no sense. Have now missed out on a 40% voucher code and can't hold meetings I needed scheduled for today.  The account manager is apparently a James Thornton. Here is the message I get on screen when I try to upgrade. All ideas v gratefully received. Hello everyone,I have a basic beginner's question and would be grateful if someone could give me a tip on how I have to make the settings in Zoom and in the camera software to get the following result:- For interview purposes, only 2 people are next to each other. when I google "zoom audio controls windows desktop" - this link on the Zoom website gives options for windows https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360046244692-Configuring-professional-audio-settings-for-Zoom-Meetings when I click on the 3rd option " How to enable and configure live performance audio mode" - The article says click on your profile picture and shows what looks like a smart phone screen (not a windows desktop) - and instructs one to click on the profile picture and then look for the Audio icon. I see no such "Audio" tab, nor any audio icon. I have the Pro plan.

On 10/23/2023 around 1-2 pm, during a Zoom meeting on my Macbook Air, my audio, which was running through a speakerphone, suddenly stopped working but continued to work through the internal speakers. After the meeting, I tested the speakerphone, and it worked fine on the Macbook Air for music or YouTube, etc. I bought a new speakerphone but it did the same. Would not play audio DURING A ZOOM PROGRAM ON MACBOOK AIR. I had NO problem with the speakerphone during a Zoom meeting on iMac or IOS (iPad). I reinstalled Zoom and updated it but still no change. What is it about the Macbook Air that is different from the iMac? Perhaps some setting is blocking the audio. The Macbook Air SHOWS that it IS connected to the speakerphone, but the sound comes out only through the internal speakers. This is driving me nuts! Any help much appreciated!
