Hi, I will be doing a hybrid event next month with 6 interpreters, with only 3 different languages output.The main channel/floor will be a mix of english/french/spanish. the 6 interpreters will be as followed :english - frenchspanish - frenchfrench - englishspanish - englishenglish - spanishfrench - spanish If I understand zoom capabilities correctly, two interpreters will share the same channel.ex : english - spanish and french - spanish will share the same ''spanish output channel''Since they do not target the same language, they shouldn't talk over each other right ? What about when the floor is speaking spanish, are the interpreters able to select the floor sound as their output as I also need to send the 3 interpretation output channels to a bosch integrus sytem for the in-person attendees? I don't want the in person attendees to keep switching in between channels.let me know if there is something i am missing. thank you,   

Hello Zoomers, I have been trying to connect Zoom with Hubspot for meetings and such, but I simply cannot figure this out--and its been two weeks. I've read every existing forum related to HubSpot and Zoom. and nothing. My admin told me to just tell her what roles i should have, and we'll be good. Well, I tried. It didn't work. So I need a Zoom professional, or a five-star general, heck, even sir Eric Yuan, to tell me what exact roles and permissions I need to have to make this seamless.   

I have a new Pro account and have enabled waiting room for my personal meeting room. I have tested it out with a number of people using my personal link - they are in my waiting room, but they never show up for me. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix? I've already submitted a support ticket, but thought I'd ask here. 

Members and observers will participate in a future meeting. Can I create a Breakout Room for observers so they can only watch the main meeting but not be able to vote or react?

When we have started a meeting but there are a unexpected large number of participants joining which exceeds the current licence limit, can we extend the limit immediately without restarting the meeting? 

Hi, I've googled and googled and can't seem to figure this one out. When I run a meeting with my Pro account, I click on the Participants list, then click More next to the participant's name, and it gives me a list of options but the "Allow to Record Local Files" option is missing. So I cannot give the participant permission to record. When that same participant runs the meeting with their Free account, they CAN give me permission to record. Is there a preference setting somewhere that will allow me to give participants the ability to record my meetings? Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to have the AI Meeting Summary only sent to one or a few selected email addresses (excluding the host email address). For instance, if the team leader hosts the Zoom call and wants the Meeting Summary sent to only one person in the team, but not to themselves, is there a way to do this? Another issue for us is that everybody in our team has access to the email address associated with our Zoom account, but often the meeting only takes place between two people in the team. This means that after the meeting everybody gets the meeting summary, even those that were not part of the Zoom call.  Could this feature be added in a future update? Thank you.  

Hi! I need to pay for our account. We currently have Pro. I have noticed that I can not add Cohosts to meetings. Is that because we have Pro and that only work in Business? Or, is it a function that need to be setup in the Settings.Christina

We do trainings on a product through the webinar feature and often people we are training will send each other the confirmation link they got to join. Sometimes this is because the email is sent to spam sometimes and someone else in the same organization will send them their personal link. Then we end up having multiple people with the same name in our trainings and we can't track accurately who has been trained. Is there a way we can have access to the personal links so we can send it to the specific people the day of training to make sure they get on the webinar through the correct link?

Are we able to host two zoom calls at the same time? 

I set up a Zoom I hosted to automatically record a meeting, and it did so. However I'd like to edit out the first 10 minutes of the meeting (which was random discussion and not related to the topic of the meeting). When I viewed the recording and clicked the scissors at the spot where I wanted the recording to begin, it looks like it wanted to cut the rest of the meeting, rather than what was prior to the cut. Any suggestions on how I can edit out those first minutes of the recording?    Thanks so much.

I am struggling to find away to invite external guests to our organisation join us on a white board. Says our settings are set that way, I am the admin and cant work it out! Any advice please!

Is Immersive view available in Zoom rooms?  I can not find that option.  Immersive view is enabled on the account via the web portal and we are running app version 5.9.x.

Just had a meeting of six people and none of us was able to see people except in thumbnail size.  We all usually uses the gallery view so that we can see everyone but none of us could make it work.  Thoughts?

On Sun. Oct. 8 I went on to Zoom (that I had set up) for our family Thanksgiving meeting.  I could NOT get on as it kept telling me to update, and contact my Tech Dept.  This is a HOME computer so I AM the Tech dept.  No matter what I do in Zoom or try to research I can't update it.  There is no CHECK FOR UPDATE option in my settings, when I click on my picture. It does work fine on my other laptop. Help please! 

I am trying to create a shared address book for my company in Zoom. When I look up how to do that, it says to click "Contact Center Management" in the navigation menu but I don't see that anywhere. Can that have been updated to be called something else?

I'm the owner/admin of my account and want to keep AI enabled for meetings as the account default. I also would like participants in meetings to have the choice to turn off the AI for that meeting, if I am not present. Is this possible? If so what settings do I need to set?

I am trying to enable this on our Zoom One Business Plus account but when I try to it says I need to enable cloud recording. I navigate to that settings page and cloud recording IS enabled. The terrible chatbot was no help at all and apparently my account doesn't get me a live chat. We are trying to justify using Zoom over Loom but the way service is going, I'm tempted to just leave the service. 

It would be very helpfull to have a functionality in Zoom to automatically skip Waiging Room for already admitted participants which lost the connection or were disconnected from the ongoing meeting due to some technical or personal reasons.Thank you in advance.

When in gallery view during a meeting, the video is disabled for the person speaking (only when the person is speaking). Other participants' videos work fine when they are not speaking. Has anyone experienced this, and, if so, how did you fix it?

HiI plan to train a small group of students (20) to become relationship therapists. To do this, I would like to use longer zoom meetings (about 90-120 minutes at a time) to discuss course topics and questions... BUT it will only de once a quarter. SO the qestions: How can I do that without having to pay a monthly subscription for pro?

I am still unclear when or if I should enable Exclusive mode while on Zoom. My setup is W11, simple USB audio mixer for mics and standalone speaker output, webinars using screen sharing, YT video via G-browser, and mp4 files.  What does Zoom recommend?  I've read a few posts and MS definitions but is still unclear. Thanks for your help. IGG  

When I have the Zoom application installed, I can login, but if I attempt to attend a meeting from a GOV organization, we get the following error: " You are not allowed to join this meeting. Please contact your administrator for assistance." When I uninstalled Zoom Desktop client, I was able to login. I believe it has to do with our SSO setup. Does anyone know how to resolve this error.
