I did a software update on Mac (Sonoma 14.1.1 ) and running Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (25689) and Prezi Version 2.22.1 (10843) Now I see that although I can open the Prezi files (PVL) there is no Prezi camera option provided in Zoom and so cannot integrate PVL into the Zoom meeting. I have done a zoom uninstall/reinstall but still no joy. Any ideas?

Hi there. I've been having an issue with Zoom Rooms that has me exceptionally frustrated: Our educational organisation has 3 Zoom Rooms set up in separate classrooms, all powered by M1 MacMinis.  I have the Zoom Rooms app installed on each of the Mac Minis and the Zoom Room Controller on the iPads in each room.  Our setup has worked wonderfully for the past few years with no major problems. I keep both the Zoom Rooms app on the Mac Minis and the Zoom Rooms Controller on the iPads in each room updated with the latest versions of the software.  We have large Samsung monitors on the wall of each room. At the end of the day, after classes in each room have finished, we have been clicking the "Exit" button on the lower left hand corner of the Zoom Rooms App on the Mac Minis to exit the Zoom Rooms app and return to the Mac desktop.  Since upgrading to the new MacOS Sonoma v 14 (i currently have v 14.1 installed) the "Exit" button in the lower left corn

The Zoom app on my MacBook shows the meeting name, time, meeting ID and host for my next upcoming meeting. Is it possible to see all of the hosts AND co-hosts for the upcoming meeting? That would be really handy to help coordinate schedules with my co-workers.

similar to Microsoft teams, do we get notification saying that meeting startedif the host starts meeting 10min late , how do we identify or know is the meeting started or not??

We have people registering people on shared PCs. The data of the previous registrant is already auto filled for last person registered. Is there a way to stop this? In this case, it is a privacy issue. Thanks!

Hello, I am a subscribed user of Zoom ( Version: 5.16.6 (24664) with a paid-for single licence.   I use my account to run a small meeting for a community group.   As I am the account holder, is there any way I can temporarily pass the admin rights to another user when I am not available to run these meetings?      Thank you, Shane

When ever a student purchase a specific membership which ovcourse is a one-to-one meeting, I want a zoom button on the screen where when the user click it need to auto open zoom session.    If this is possible let me know and how can i add it to my website. We will not be allowing the AI companion in our organization. Despite me disabling it in the org, the button is still showing up in user's Zoom Clients. This means our team is getting bombarded with requests to enable it. How do we hide the button in the Zoom Client?

I am trying to test broadcasting a zoom meeting onto a FB group livestream.  My zoom account settings have this enabled.I originally had a code 200 permissions error - so I added the zoom apps to my FB groups admin settings (both the zoom Dev and zoom prod apps).  On my personal profile it appears the zoom prod app is linked somehow now as well.When I go to broadcast the meeting into my FB group, it now shows "permissions error" without a 200 code.  I have cleared my cache, updated browser, tried on chrome and safari, restarted computer, zoom and browsers are up to date.Any help? Hey all, I received an email saying that Zoom "over the next few months we will be migrating our email addresses from @608130.us to @608130.com." It is requesting that I make sure @608130.com emails are approved on my teams email lists. It just seems like a strange email because I am the only one on my team who received it and it isn't signed off. I can't seem to find any other information regarding this and am trying to make sure it is legitimate.  Any thoughts or information is appreciated! Thanks!

I use Mac Ventura and iPad Pro iOSZoom's user account switching isn't account switching.  It is logging out then logging back in with a different user ID & pw.  What I need is true account switching so that I can switch from one user profile (company A) to a different profile (company B), which I can do in some other collaboration applications.  Zoom's SSO doesn't solve the problem because Zoom relies on Google, Microsoft  etc to provide the actual SSO, then Zoom anchors to the Google, Microsoft, and companies' rules won't accept that. Perhaps an interim logout/login step would be to enable zoom login to link to the Mac OS keychain, to use Face ID or fingerprint, as many Mac applications do.  That would save a ton of time, but this isn't account switching.Either of these would address the many other comments that have been posted.  Please Zoom, get this sorted.  It is such a pain for corporate users.   Thank you.

What happens if I create a group that cannot use AI Companion in meetings, say HR or Legal, and someone from another group who *can* use AI Companion in their calls meets with them? Will the technology work or be blocked? In other words, we want to block the use of such technologies on internal Zoom calls when certain groups are involved. This is for internal legal and privacy reasons.

Poly E320/E450 doesn't recognize "#" as end of dial.  When dialing on a B20 or CCX I can dial an extension or phone number and press "#" instead of having to go up to the display and press the "Dial" softkey.  On the E320 and E450s we have deployed, the "#" is added to the dial string and is not interpreted as the end of dialing sequence.  The phones are currently on Poly ver 8.2.0.10139.  Does anyone know if there is a template field to activate the "#" as the end of dial or if there is some other solution?

Hi there.We are using Zoom meeting for daily live classes with Students. My problem is that when Host / Teacher giving a lecture. If someone Student / Participant try to ask any question to the teacher, Suddenly student's / Participant Window or video appears and Host / Teacher's video gone! When Student / Participant stop speaking then Host video came back. Please help me to avoid this thing. I want only Host / Teacher's video should be onScreen in any case. I don't want Student's Screen or Video while they speak. Only only Host Video? Always.
