HiI need to know if is possible to limit the entryt of webinar participants to the schedule time and not based on if the meeting is running or not. I want to have 10 min prior the start of the webinar to check camara and audio but without participants in the meeting. I can´t find a solution so far. 

Question: I want to record a lesson via Zoom and simultaneously stream it, but also make it available as soon as possible for participants who can't attend at the scheduled time. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I know that I can record on Google Drive via Zoom, but I've noticed that the conversion process takes a long time, especially for a 3.5-hour lesson (which might take 7 hours?) All tips are welcome.

Hi, we're hosting a webinar over the course of the weekend, scheduled for 7 hours each day with an hour for lunch. Is it possible to end the webinar at the start of the lunch break. And relaunch the webinar after the lunch break? I would like a colleague of mine to host the afternoon sessions from her laptop. I don't want to 'end the webinar for all' however, if it means that we can't reopen the webinar after lunch, from a different laptop.

Hi there!We are hosting a webinar next week. Initially, we chose the option "webinar with registration," and we received about 200 registrations. However, we would like to create a generic link to make it easier for people to join or invite new contacts at the last minute, instead of using unique links. How should we proceed? Also, what will happen to the already registered people if we change the setting to "webinar without registration"?Thanks for your help!

Why is it that if you reassign a license to another user, then this license is blocked and not assigned to anyone? There was no problem with this before.

I purchased a Sessions license in order to produce simulive webinars. When I viewed the training video it said to log in to my Zoom Events hub, select the drop-down arrow and select "across hubs". I've attached a screenshot. My Events portal is just a blank screen basically, and I don't have a drop-down arrow option. I also attached my billing plan, showing Sessions active.   Please advise, thank you

My zoom window gets white and I get an error message saying  it stopped responding. I force close it and open it again, it works fine for a couple minutes but then it stops working again. I can still hear audio but my professor's screen and all the webcams freeze. This is very frustrating since I have to leave the meeting and join back and I end up losing parts of the class. My computer is Windows, not a mac. My drivers are all updated.Anyone know what the issue may be?

Has anyone found a way to hide the pop up that provides notification to everyone on a call that Meeting Summary is turned on? I understand why this may not be possible, but I would like to know if it is/.

Hey! Ich habe vor einer Stunde ein Upgrade per Sofort Überweisung durchgeführt, um am Montag 10:00 ein Interview, das über 40 Min gehen soll, zu führen. Das Geld ist abgebucht. Dennoch habe ich immer noch das Basic Paket.Wie lange dauert das Upgrade? Sollte es noch vor Montag erfolgen, werden alle anstehenden Meetings automatisch über 40 Minuten laufen, oder muss ich ein neues Meeting erstellen?

1) When I hold a conference, my devices are being logged out. This has happened recently on both my admin and member accounts. I think there are no other devices log in at the same time. Does anyone know what happened? 2) I scheduled a recurring meeting last month. After the last date of that meeting, I want to keep the same settings, conference link, and password. Is it possible to do that? I just cannot find the original meeting after the last meeting finished.

Can a meeting begin without the host having to sign on and start the meeting?

There used to be an option to get an .ics file in 'Add to' field of Zoom meetings. This option no longer appears there and 'add to Google calendar' is now the only option. See attached screenshot showing where this option used to be. I've not found any settings that change this. I've also not found any posts about removal of this option. Is there any way to get this feature back? It was very convenient because the company is using Google calendar but I use Outlook to manage my own email/calendar. Unfortunately, Google and Outlook don't work well together for meeting sync. It was very convenient to get ICS from Zoom. 

There is a Marketplace App called LTI Pro that has been updated. Someone that no longer works here set it up. Even though I am also an Admin, when I go to the LTI Pro page to update it, the "update" button is not active.  I've dug through settings and the Admin console looking for a way to gain permission to update it with no luck. Any ideas what I need to do to be able to update this app? Thanks!

Started recently, perhaps version 5.16.1, we're starting to see the following.  Once the Windows 10 Zoom Widget is opened, it can't be moved on the screen.  The functions all work, and it can be closed.  The window, however is unmovable.  If the user moves to a new machine, the widget works.  But once this starts happening on a machine, it isn't unrecoverable and will keep happening.  We've tried logging off, and reinstalling.  Anyone see this?  Any suggestions?  We have just opened a case too. 

The Join & Leave Sound is sometimes annoying for attendees. Is there a way to mute it for attendees but keep it enabled for the host?

I would like the toolbar to display at all times on bottom of screen during the meeting.  Is there a setting that will accomplish this?

Hi, suddenly my zoom account has been downgraded to a non-paid account and it also shows an outstanding for approx $30/- does any one have any idea, what this could be about? earlier last week i checked it showed my plan validity till June 24. And suddenly it's downgraded and i don't even have access to live chat with customer support.  Can someone guide me with this. Thanks in advance.

Hello,I am part of an IT team that is very big on security and privacy. What was questioned was, let's say Admin approves of the AI Companion, if the host does not enable the features during a meeting is the Companion still listening?   

when i go into the zoom app and press sign in the screen is blank and it only gives me the option to switch to default or government users

Helloquite some time my meeting duration takes more time than planed and I´m searching a way to pause the meeting for a 15min. coffee bracke. I know that there is the option on security where you can "stop" the meeting to report something to zoom but I search a way where I do not have to block the whole session and enable all features back again...  

Is it possible to opt a CAP member in and out of a call queue? We are setting up a small queue with simultaneous ringing that will have two CAP phones as members for when people are sitting at those positions. There will also be individual user members who can opt themselves in and out using the app. When no one is sitting at those phones, we don't want calls to ring there, especially if no one is available to take calls on their app (either busy or off shift). Is there any way to opt those phones in and out using either a key assignment or touch-tone code?

On my personal account, I am unable to log in. Every time I try, it says account is disabled. I've read the updated policy. I've opened a ticket more than 3 days ago (no one responded). I even tried to post in the community chat, but it kept saying my account is disable with code 1003. Now, it is telling me to contact the owner or administrator. I am the owner. I tried calling the support number. However, I only have my meeting ID number. I do not have the other number they are asking for to verify because I am locked out (in order for me to get that number, I have to be signed in). Likewise, when I reach out for support with the chat box, it's prompting me to sign in which is dumb because I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SIGN IN. This is frustrating! I use my personal zoom for family meetings and now I do NOT have access. No email notification. NOTHING! I am not sure why this is happening to me, but I definitely need this situation solved ASAP. Hi, I have a question about how to set up my organization’s zoom for our particular needs.  We have a 3 hour meeting with 10 breakout rooms and participants switching from room to room each hour.  There are 10 people in my organization who I would like to be able to manage all of those breakout rooms, see who is in each of the rooms, and move participants from breakout room to breakout room when necessary. If possible, I would like for those people to also have the ability to record in the breakout rooms and be able to share their screens.  This is a recurring meeting and the breakout rooms would be the same each time as well.  What would be the best setup for this scenario?

When I start a New Meeting, I'm automatically muted. I don't know why Zoom would do that? Is there a setting I can change?

Lately our Zoom Rooms are appearing in meetings twice.  Is this a known issue or is there some configuration that could have changed to have caused this?
