Hi. I scheduled a meeting for a maximun of a hundred people according to my zoom subscription. Now I need to extend the meeting capacity beyond 100+. If I extend my plan, will my already scheduled and disseminated zoom link will be able to welcome more than a hundred people?

Hello all of you,I am using an Asus Vivobook 17 (X712E model) with Windows 11 (64 bits). When I am connected via Zoom, I cannot hear the music shared in the meeting by someone else. Only the voice is audible. Two friends of mine who have also Asus computers have the same trouble. My Zoom version is 5.16.2 (22807).What should I do? Thank you for your help!

Hi guys  i'm new at zoom can somebody explain to me how i can get rid of the extension when they are calling me so i can receive directly the phone call? i'm not a computer geek so if it can be explained in a simple manner thanks in advance Michael

I have used Zoom for over 19 months with no issue. Suddenly, in the last 3 weeks, my clients videos are freezing, I can hear them but can't see them. They can see and hear me. I have tested the internet connection speed and have done the check from multiple locations. I have a feeling this started after my last software update. Anyone else experiencing the same? BTW this is happening with multiple groups of clients.  Thanks!

Hello.   I am using the "Zoom" application in English. I can't find the language change option. I understand the English language. The words I don't understand, I use a translator. "Zoom" may not be suitable for people who do not understand the English language. I'm Brazilian and the meeting is in Portuguese on "Zoom". I am using a computer to view the meeting. On my cell phone, I can use "Zoom" at any time. I don't expect to see "Zoom" on cell phones. The language change in “Zoom” for cell phones is also interesting.   Thanks.

I have no problems sharing my screen during a meeting but have not been able to enable others to share their screens during the meeting.  I am the host and have looked at all the settings but some are greyed out.  There is probably a simple answer but I cannot find it.

I need to record myself while I am using ASL.  No other participants have their video on.  There is an interpreter that is speaking.  The recording is either on the black screen of the interpreter where the voice is coming from, or if I record myself using ASL without an interpreter, I get a black screen again.  Is there a way to record myself when I am not speaking? 

Hello If I duplicate a Zoom event, will it also transfer the registrations? I prefer to avoid this scenario, but I want to confirm before proceeding with duplicating the event.

i have been having issues with updating to the latest zoom app on the tc8 and the x50.i I'm stuck on 5.16.0(3769) on the x50 and 5.16.1 on the tc8. poly device software is current. (4.1.1-386158 & 4.1.1-211267)  not sure if this is related or not but i cannot join teams' meetings anymore i just get a white screen.  every time i try to update it gets stuck for over 2 hrs. then comes back with update failed. nothing has changed in my environment.when i revert these systems back to poly mode, the same TEAMS meetings connect with no issue. is there something i need to be looking at or is there a way for me to force this update on these devices?

I can't create an additional hub in Zoom Event. I googled and searched in Zoom, but all the answers  I found were outdated.  They brought me to the ‘How to set up additional Hubs’ topic in this link https://www.zoom.com/en/products/event-platform/resources/events-hub-best-practices/ But, my screen in Zoom Events is different from the screen shown in the link above. Please help.

Is it against the Terms and Conditions to replace a license for a webinar or large meeting with another user?

I've disabled message previews (Settings > Team Chat > Show message preview) but I keep seeing bubbles with the messages just above the chat button. How to disable this completely? I'm fine seeing the unread message count but do not want to be distracted by messages all the time.

Hi. I am setting up 2 webinars with registration required, both happening in one day. Is it possible to make a shared registration form for both webinars, where the form allows attendees to choose either webinar 1 or 2? Thanks

I am a paying subscriber.  If I invite someone to join me on Zoom, do they have to be paying members too?  

When I updated Zoom to 5.16.24712 on Windows Server 2019, Zoom refuses to start.  Was forced to downgrade install Zoom to 5.15.12 (21574) in order to start Zoom. Tested this on a machine and also on a virtual machine running Windows Server 2019 and also tried uninstalling/reinstall, and also CleanZoom removal/install to the latest version and having the same issue. I do not see any errors coming up on Event Viewer and also do not see the Zoom showing on Task bar or in the system tray when attempting until I use an older version of Zoom.

The PowerPoint slides did not record in our Zoom webinar.  Is there a setting that needs to be changed in the settings so the slides will record next time?

My company is currently switching from RingCentral to Zoom Phone. I was informed by Zoom that I could pre-assign our RingCentral numbers prior to porting them over to Zoom. I would like to do this so we do not experience any down time. However, Zoom has not been able to tell me how to do this. Do I need to initiate the port of all our numbers and during the process I will be able to pre-assign? Or can I pre-assign prior to initiating the porting process? Any help would be appreciated.

I have three different machines all running the same version of Zoom on the same version of Linux, two work perfectly the other has a problem. On the newest of the 3 machines, I can make Zoom crash (or at least lock the display) on demand.I've discovered two different sequences that cause Zoom to crashFirst method:1) get a meeting going, 1 participant is sufficient2) click the caret symbol (^) adjacent to the "Chat" button at the bottom of the screenSecond method1) get a meeting going, 1 participant is sufficient2) bring up the chat panel3) click the upside down caret symbol (v) in the top left of the "Meeting Chat" panelEither of the above sequences brings the zoom window to a halt, video is frozen and Zoom appears pretty much dead. I created a poll question in a meeting template yesterday and saved it without a problem. I attempted to edit the same question today. When I click on save, I am receiving a 403 error. Does anyone have any insight?

I've set up a recurring webinar with 5 occurrences initially, then deleted 2 occurrences because 3 dates was fine by me. Now I want to add one more occurrence, but I couldn't edit to add an extra occurrence. Also, the webinar sequence has started and occurrence 1 is done.Is it not possible to edit a recurring webinar to add one more occurrence ? (Please keep in mind that the webinar sequence has started in my case)
