We're using Zoom in my organization, but lately, the /zoom command has stopped working in Slack. After writing the command and pressing Enter/Return, I get the message "Sorry, can't handle your request right now. Please try again later." (see attached picture).  What can I do here?  

One day, during a meeting, my video disappeared and now it is a black screen with a slash through a camera.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled several times.  I have checked camera settings in windows - which allows.  I have even updated my camera driver for my laptop.  Still not working and cannot get any answers.  Help!!!!!

My laptop has its' own mic mute key.  After I press mic mute key, system is muted. I can't speak in zoom meeting. But the mic icon of zoom still present "unmute". Seems zoom mic status doesn't sync as system mic status. Also, when zoom mic show mute, I can't unmute it via pressing keyboard mic mute key. Seems only can be unmuted via zoom mic UI. This situation can be observed on different laptop brands.  I'm not sure if it's a design or bug?  I saw some  similar questions on internet but seems no official comment. That will be great to get answer from here  😀. Thanks.

I have a usb-c adapter that has hdmi usb-c and USB A I plug it into the iPad mini 6 and plug in the external camera but it doesn't work in zoom only in facetime but I want to use it on my iPad mini 6 I don't want to keep taking my laptop with me everywhere I go but I need a external camera to get a room full of people and to connect it to the TV which works fine on the TV can someone please help me find a way to get my external camera working thanks

I cannot share a keynote presentation in zoom advance screen sharing.  I have no issues sharing a PowerPoint presentation.  Is there a fix for this?

Hi,There are settings to receive calls on an outside number with the option to press 1 to accept the call. But how do I place a call with the zoom app using the same method of pressing 1 to connect the call. This was possible with Mitel where you would essentially assign your extension to an outside number. The goal being I don't actually make calls using my computer, but my cell phone. So I enable a setting to where I dial a number in the Zoom desktop app, a call is then placed to my mobile phone, I answer and press 1 to connect the call. Is this possible with Zoom? Thanks!

I am the admin of several FB groups and I enabled Zoom in them. I turned on the Livestreaming option in Zoom but only one of my group is showing in the drop down list. how can I fix this? 

Hi - I've created several Zoom Scheduler time slots for multiple attendees but my users are unable to add additional attendees.  The help article says to use a comma, spaces, or hit enter between emails but this does not work.  I've tested this and I also cannot get it to work.  Can you help, please?  Thank you.

When I, am playing music, I can hear it.  When I share my screen, I can hear it.  As soon as I click share sound, everyone but me hears the music.

Using Zoom Phone.  I'm trying to phone an 0844 (lo-call non geographic number) and get the voice message "the person you are trying to reach is not available.  Goodbye."  Phoning from my mobile works fine.  What setting do I need to change to ensure we can connect through to these numbers?  Thanks, Mark

Hi , everyone,(Zoom- Android app)I can't see the share audio button on my screen when sharing my screen during zoom meeting.    Whereas, I've been seeing this feature on other people's device.  Instead of share audio, I'm seeing Annotation. What's the cause? Who has experience this before? What's the solution? I really need that feature on my device. I have zoom latest version.My phone is LG V30, Android 9.

I was recently experimenting with the 1080P setting checkbox while creating a new webinar.  The quality upgrade for attendees was drastic.  But I only seemed to get better quality when viewing on a PC.  When I was viewing the same webinar on my Mac I was only receiving 640 X 360 resolution video.  If I promoted that Mac up to a panelist, the video quality jumped to 1080.  I was on the same internet connection for both the PC and the Mac, so it wasn't a bandwidth issue.  Has anyone else seen the poor quality only while watching on a Mac?

Hi Communityour users claiming that the syncronisation form Outlook Client trough the Zoom Outlook Plugin is not acurate.There are missing entries that can see in Outlook but not in the Zoom Client.Mostly of them are invitations and alos invitations without Zoom Meeting appointments. Anyone who experianced the same issues and maybe have a solution for that?Our setup is:Windows 10Outlook 2019MAPI integration in OutlookNewest Zoom Client  Version: 5.13.11 (13434)Newest Zoom Outlook Plugin  Version: 5.13.10.810  Thanks in advance cheerscalvo

I have an edge case. I am using Zoom Phone on a desktop computer and android phone. I keep the Android phone with the Zoom app installed with me all the time. I am a pastor and take a day off. On my day off, people calling to talk to me will get an auto-receptionist with IVR and they can either press 1 to leave a voicemail, or press 3 to ring my phone anyway if it's an emergency. The problem is, if they leave a voicemail, I'll get a notification on my phone on my day off, and the whole point of this is to delay receiving non-urgent contacts until after my "Sabbath." Can I set it up somehow that my phone will1) ring (via the zoom app) 24/7 hour as long as the person follows through the phone tree to request it (this part is already set up),2) but only get voicemail notifications on my cell phone during hours I would otherwise be in the office? I've googled this extensively and found nothing.
