I have a weekly (recurring) Zoom meeting which is always at the same time, and usually has about 50 participants. This week, however, the Zoom meeting is an hour than usual, and I'm not sure that all participants have got the message (or will remember) that it's an hour later.I'd like to create a custom message for those who join at the usual time to remind them about the time change. And I don't want to have to be present on the Zoom meeting either.I tried making a custom waiting room message, but it seems that participants are not actually placed in the waiting room unless I have already started the meeting. If participants join early and I'm not on Zoom, then they only see the message 'Waiting for the host to start this meeting', with the Time field set to 'This is a recurring meeting'.Any thoughts on how I might do this?

Hi,I hope someone can help 🙂We have a big meeting planned for tomorrow and we are currently running a test.  We are using my account. The person I want to make the Host for the meeting cannot unmute on her computer. She can log on using her phone and unmute.If we set up another test meeting using another account she can also unmute her computer (so not an issue with her microphone)What setting on her computer on this particular account might be causing her not to be able to unmute?Any help would be really appreciated.  🙂

I'm looking for a role that will enable members to view SMS content of messages in their targets.For example, I assigned users to Compliance Admin, which says it includes the ability to "view the content of message" as well as SMS logs. But they are only able to see the logs, not the message content. They can view only the message content of their own personal messages. The only role I found able to view content is super admin and above.Is there a way to grant a user access to SMS message content of a target and not just the logs?

We would like to host a webinar but don't want the attendees to either see themselves nor to see how many attendees are participating. The last time I organised a zoom webinar (pro) this was not the case. What settings do I need please so that the attendees only see the speakers and don't see the number of participants?

We're using Zoom to record and then post to YouTube our live worship services. We're using vMix software, controller, and soundboard to manage two cameras plus the Zoom desktop. For the past several weeks, the music audio (choir, congregational singing, organ, and piano) cuts in and out every few seconds. That does not happen with the spoken word. Any ideas on what may be causing the issue? We've tried settings for original sound both on and off as well as trying other settings such as Stereo Sound, noise suppression, echo cancellation, and so on. Nothing seems to fix the issue. Ideas!

Please teach me about changing host user in meeting.Step-1. A paid user  as host starts a meetingStep-2. Transferring host privileges to a free user  in it meeting.In above case,  I have two questions.Question-1. Will it meeting continue to be available with the exact same settings as the paid user started it?Question-2. if the meeting settings will changing, what changes occur ?

Greetings fellow Zoomers! My apologies if this question has been asked before, but I cannot seem to find a specific answer for which I am looking… Plain and simple, I am sharing a PowerPoint presentation as the host, and would like to be able to see the participants faces. The only way I have been able to do this is by showing the floating video panel, and as I only have one monitor the floating panel blocks part of the screen. However, as a cohost or someone viewing the presentation, I am able to move into a film strip type view with the presentation showing to the left, and the participants faces to the right. This is the type of format I am seeking as I present often and need to be able to see peoples faces to pause for questions, and gauge general engagement with the content. I hope this question makes sense!Thank you all in advance!!-Anthony

Has anyone received this Error Code when they are either installing Zoom for first time or trying to update Zoom?  

All the help and community posts reference settings that are non-existent in OnZoom event creation (under Advanced Settings). I can only presume that they are referencing regular zoom or that the engineers disabled recording (intentionally or unintentionally).   What's the current situation for recording OnZoom events?Can it be done? If so, how?

Does editing the AI Companion Meeting Summaries (post meeting recaps) help retrain the model for future calls? Or are the edits just local changes in the text?

Hello, I am having a problem with the white board. I am a paid user using  Zoom (Version: 5.17.2 (29988)) on Windows 11. Those who join my meetings are also using the most current version, although some of them are using windows 10.   The problem is that if a whiteboard is opened by the host (me) or anyone else, only the host (me) has a menu on the left. The others just have a blank whiteboard. Then can see whatever I type or upload etc, but they have no options to do anything. They are only able to view everything I do. All others can open a whiteboard but do not have any menu.   In the whiteboard settings on the web page (Settings>Whiteboard>In Meeting Whiteboards) I have everything checked as "Host and Participants".   Is there some other setting I am missing? I want to set it up so everyone in the meeting can open a whiteboard and use the whiteboard to add text, images etc.   Please advise Thank you  

How can i see my old Zoom-Meeting Connection from the past years?

I need some guidance. And I have been spending all week trying to figure out. My copmany has Hubspot. And my admin selected the type of role for me that doesn't allow me to do the integration and etc. I am trying to help her, but there is so much. What are the roles that would allow me to do this kind of thing?

I have two MacAir platforms that were working fine with Zoom. But then the 5.11.3 upgrade occurred a few weeks ago, and now both no longer have any microphone coming through Zoom. iOS systems are OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 (old, I know, but the latest that MacAir can use) and Monterey 10.11.6 (current). Opening System Preferences/Sound shows that both have working microphones, but Zoom audio test does not see any level in or put them through to Zoom output. I have checked that Zoom has permission to use the mikes. I have uninstalled Zoom, restarted, reinstalled Zoom, all to no avail. There are no  apps other than Zoom and Finder running. There is no antivirus software running. The Firewall is off. All was well before update 5.11.3. I have found no way to downgrade to an earlier version. Can anyone help?

Hi I recently got into a scam where as person recorded the zoom meeting without my knowledge which contained my personal videos and later he started to demand money from me and if not he said he is gonna publish it online and I have filed an official police complaint on it and as well as I have submitted a ticket to zoom with the proof of the scam including the complaint filed to block the persons zoom account. Whereas zoom has less priority to the ticket as low category and I am in need of an immediate help to block the scammer account. Please look into this as soon as possible 

Seit ein paar Wochen können meine Meeting-Teilnehmer das Whiteboard nicht mehr bearbeiten, obwohl ich alles freigebe. Für eine Sekunde ist am linken Rand die Bearbeitungsleiste für die Teilnehmer zu sehen und dann verschwindet diese. Bearbeiten ist dann nicht mehr möglich.  Was kann ich tun, damit das Whiteboard wieder für die Teilnehmer bearbeitbar ist? 

Hi, I am having trouble using Zoom to livestream into my Facebook group.  I receive this message: "Unable to access your Facebook account. Try logging into Facebook again. (4,922)"  I used to be able to do this, but I'm wondering if there was an update and now it's not working.  I do have a different sign-in email from my Zoom account from my Facebook account.  Any insight into how to set this up would be appreciated! 

I'm not able to get the dropdown (which is supposed to show me 'Help', etc.,) when I click on my profile picture... anyone had an issue like that?

I am trying to review content from a member I had received an invite link from, but when attempting to attend I was unaware the event had ended. I would really like to view the content that was being offered. Please and thank you in advance.

I'm recording interviews in Zoom, and I'd like to exclude myself from gallery view (as I'm not actually interviewing or being interviewed, so I don't need to be in the video). Is it possible to 'hide' myself from the gallery view?

Hi, I am trying to figure out when the Yealink CP960 is reaching end of Support?    Below are two articles with conflicting information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This article says February 2025 &This article says February 2024  

We have a user who has successfully joined our corporate account, however, we are unable to see them in the console to assign licenses. User has received confirmation email of successful account transfer and if we attempt to invite them using their email address, we receive an "User already in account" error message. User does not show up in the User list, nor in pending, and searching for the email address directly does not return any results. Has anyone else run into this issue before and is there a resolution?

I am writing to figure out how to have my meeting attendees access the whiteboard's toolbar. It is visible on the left side of my (host) screen, but after testing with three different groups, no one can access a toolbar. It makes it impossible to collaborate (and I did select that option as opposed to 'presentation' mode). How can participant's see/access the editing tools for the whiteboard??? I have updated my Zoom version and looked in the support/help articles. I found one thread with a similar issue but no specific answer for finding the toolbar (only docking it). Thank you in advance! Robin

Hi there, I regularly host/co host meetings where we are required to share various images and videos with the participants. I am using a 2018 MacBook Air running Mac OS Big Sur. I play the media on my second monitor, which is connected via usb-c and share that screen. The trouble I have is the floating meeting controls jump between my Mac screen and my secondary display, and when the controls jump to the secondary display, all participants can see my controls and what I'm doing in the background, plus it looks untidy. Is anyone else having this problem? and why does is happen? Is there any way that I can pin the controls to one screen, so that they stay there all the time?? I'm just about at my wits end, please help!CheersJacko
