Request for first account cancellation with immediate effect

Dear Zoom Support,

I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my current Zoom license, effective immediately.

I no longer require this subscription because I have already obtained a new Zoom license that supports meetings with more than 100 participants. The new license is registered under my husband’s email address.

Please ensure that my current subscription is cancelled without delay and that no further charges are made to my account. I would appreciate receiving written confirmation once the cancellation has been processed.

If you require any additional information to locate my account or complete the cancellation, please let me know.
