Refund Request – Unintended Automatic Renewal
Dear Zoom Support Team,
I am writing to formally request a refund for the automatic renewal of my Zoom subscription.

Reason for Request: I did not intend to renew this subscription. I have already cancelled the subscription in my billing settings, and I have not used any paid features since the renewal date.
It is only fair to receive a refund for a service that was charged but remains unused. Denying a refund under these circumstances does not feel like a fair transaction; it feels like a forced sale.
Please review my account and advise if a refund can be issued for this charge.
