Refund Request – Unintended Automatic Renewal

Dear Zoom Support Team,

I am writing to formally request a refund for the automatic renewal of my Zoom subscription.

  • Date of Charge/Renewal: June 25, 2026

  • Reason for Request: I did not intend to renew this subscription. I have already cancelled the subscription in my billing settings, and I have not used any paid features since the renewal date.

It is only fair to receive a refund for a service that was charged but remains unused. Denying a refund under these circumstances does not feel like a fair transaction; it feels like a forced sale.

Please review my account and advise if a refund can be issued for this charge.

    For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and other billing-related requests can't be handled through the Community.

     

    For account-specific assistance, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you with Billing Support if needed. Please note that, in accordance with Zoom's Terms of Service, charges are generally non-refundable once they have been processed.
