not able to upgrade my subscription from basic to pro

To upgrade your Zoom plan from the 499 plan to the Pro plan (1147), you’ll need to sign in to your Zoom account. Once signed in, you can access upgrade options directly from your account’s billing or plans section.

If you do not see the option.  It means that you do not have billing permissions to make changes to your Zoom account. To upgrade your plan, please contact your account administrator or owner.
