Avatar feature missing from account settings and app

The Avatar tab is completely missing from both my Zoom app (Background & Effects) and my web account settings. Another account on the same free plan has the Avatar feature available.

Please help restore this feature to my account.

    If the Avatar tab is missing from your Zoom app and web account settings but is available on another account with the same free plan, it may be due to account-specific settings, regional availability, or feature rollout differences. Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Make sure your Zoom app is updated to the latest version.
    2. Sign out and sign back in to your Zoom account.
    3. Check if your account is part of an organization or has any restrictions set by an admin.
    4. If you are using a school or work account, some features may be disabled by your admin.
    5. Try accessing the Avatar feature from a different device or browser.

    If the issue persists, it may be a gradual rollout or a limitation based on your account region or type. Zoom sometimes enables features in phases, so availability can vary even among similar accounts.
