Open the recording in the Zoom web portal instead of only checking the downloaded files.
Check whether the transcript was edited.
Confirm whether the recording has separate audio, shared screen, or gallery/speaker view files.
If the web playback transcript is also starting at 51:00, this likely needs review as a cloud recording transcript processing issue, and you may submit a ticket to our technical support team.
