To broadcast a message in Zoom, first create an announcement in the Lobby Announcements tab. Ensure you have a Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account, along with a Zoom Events Unlimited or Pay Per Attendee license. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app, navigate to the Lobby Chat and Networking tab, and under the Host Announcements section, select the announcement to broadcast. Click "Enable" in the Status and Enablement column. The announcement will then be broadcast to all participants. This feature is useful for important announcements, maintaining lobby chat, or reminding users of rules. Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for the Zoom desktop client or mobile app.
