I'm trying to sync my calendars as described in this help post. However, when I get to the step that says "Tap the Sync Zoom Meetings from calendars toggle to on",  the toggle will not switch on when I tap it. It doesn't matter where I tap on that screen (including of course the toggle itself, but I tried tapping the label as well), I can't get anything to happen. My zoom app is version 5.9.6 (2729).  Help?

Every time I start new zoom meetings, the recording device is automatically turned on.How do I turn OFF automatic recording?I want to turn it on manually, on sessions that require a recording.I have turned OFF Automated Recording on my Zoom account. (Even did a reset)... but each new meeting still automatically turns the recording ON.Thanks very much.

Hi At random times during my Zoom calls, others users see a series of "stars" streaming on my video as if I were celebrating something. I'm using latest version of desktop app on a Mac mini. Anyone any ideas ?

I simply do not understand why it is so hard to change the voice message on my zoom phone.  EVERY time I go on vacation, it seems to take forever to find out where you do it, but it never takes.  I have gone into the web portal, typed in text, it plays.  It seems to take the changes, but when I call in, it's the old message.  How long is it supposed to take to update?

I have enabled original sound on my desktop client for my podcast recordings. However, does that force original sound for my guest as well? I can't find the answer in any of the FAQs or the Community. The thing I've found is that most guests haven't got a clue about audio settings and if I send them instructions on enabling Original Sound it's just going to confuse them even more. They barely read my clear instructions to use Wired Headphones, so the Original Sound instructions will probably be ignored too. 

Please help! I got this email 3 hours ago.  "Your paid subscription has previously expired. Your cloud recordings are now being deleted from our systems." I forgot to download the recordings of my webinars when I unsubscribed. Are they gone forever, or if I pay for webinar again ($111 / month) could I get them back?Anything i can do to stop my webinars from being deleted? Thank you!@Webinars 

I'm setting up my meeting to make Last Name not a required field, plus I have created a question.  I hit "Save" and when I go to test the registration the question not there and the Last Name is required.  When I go back and "edit" the registration settings it hadn't saved any of my changes.  How do I fix this?

Hello I am using zoom to give an english class to one student. We are both using free plan so we should stick to the 40 minutes time limit. And I was wondering when does the 40 minutes time limit actually starts? Is it based on the time when the host starts the meeting or when the participants actually enters the meeting that is already opened by the host? I tend to start the meeting like 4-5 minutes prior before the student enters. So I am concerned I might be wasting the time limit by starting off early.

Hello everyone! My team and I have customized the waiting room for our users. But users only see a customized waiting room on computers and mobile phones, and there is no Zoom room on devices. It would be great if the waiting room for these devices could also be customized.

I always find that seeing a cursor fly all around the screen is distracting and annoying.  Even when I try to remind myself not to move the mouse around while I'm speaking, old habits die hard.  Is there a setting that will allow me to prevent my mouse from being recorded as part of a Zoom Meeting or Webinar?  I mostly use PowerPoint for my presentations and would prefer the recording does not show the cursor. Thank you!!

Dear All,   Is there any options from where I can get the details that How many hours of Zoom meeting I had done Since My Registration

We terminated a user about 5 days ago and deleted them from Zoom account.  We now have a user that is trying to look back at his chat history with the terminated user and the chat history is gone.  I tried to run a chat history report but because the user was deleted he doesn't show up to select to report on. Is it possible to restore a deleted user and their chat history?

I have searched the forum for an answer and keep getting solutions that suggest clicking on the "dobule_click_to_convert*.zoom" file.  The problem is there is no such file in the recording directory.These are the files Zoom put in the recording directory:chat.txtmeeting_saved_chat.txtrecording.confvideo1379309288.mp4.tmpThe .tmp file is reported to be an mp4 file but it does not play in a player.Can I recover audio and video from the .tmp file?  How?

All my meetings are being recorded by the AI componion WITHOUT my consent. If I go to settings, AI companion, I see that the feature has been locked by the Admin. I have a private account (hence no adm) and the system will not allow me to grant myself ADMIN rights. I have written 3 times to zoom support and I receive the same answer: Go to settings!! I have attached screenshots showing the feature is locked and I keep on receiving the same answer!! It is against the law in Switzerland to record my meetings without my consent, yet they keep on doing this. Please help!!! 

Looking to see how I can get phone notificiations to happen while the PC app is open. I have tried uninstalling both and have made sure all iOS notiifications are turned on to the fullest degree. I will get the lock screen push notification, but only f the PC is closed. I would rather prioitize iOS over the PC,

I try to create meeting via rest api with setting meeting invitees, but seem like it not invite anyone from the meeting invitees list into the call when zoom meeting created and no invite when zoom meeting started. I try using type instant meeting and schedule meeting, instant meeting didnt invite anyone, while schedule meeting only send invitation only, not call the user directly

I'm looking to update a member of staff's email address/login ID on their zoom account however they already have several meetings scheduled and a few more accepted as attendees.  If they update their account email and login ID, will this cause any problems with their existing meeting schedule?  What I'm trying to avoid is a scenario where their existing meetings are wiped out or if they go to start a meeting and it's no longer on their account. Thanks!
