Hello, We are using Zoom Web SDK, now user can set virtual background from limited selections(images) preloaded with SDK. It seems there is no way to allow user to upload or use their own virtual background image

Individual registration can be very difficult to manage when dealing with student classes. In addition, sharing links can sometimes make the individual link option of limited value, even though it is an essential feature to have. Regardless of whether registration required is turned on/off, I'd prefer to have at least screen names be captured for polling results and reports, which I understand does not happen and "guest" is recorded instead. (I also appreciate the challenges of people having the same name, but that can be managed.) I have heard that you can not have registration required and then turn it on after you set up the meeting, whereby users will need to enter their name and an email address and can proceed into the meeting with the same link, no individual links needed. Will that capture the registration information? That would be ideal getting screen names and email addresses. Has anyone tried this?

Dear zoom management. I upgraded my zoom but unfortunately this is zoom pro.I need more upgrad like 300 person plus co host i wnat to make. Please upgrad my account and i will pay rest of money. Regards 

Is it possible to have a user be able to log in and out of a call queue.  For example there are 2 people assigned to a queue. On M,W,F person A takes the calls however on Tuesday and Thursday Person B takes the calls.

Hi. I have an organization with several Zoom users.  All of us are able to join video calls in the browser (using the built-in web version, not the SDK). All of us are able to use virtual backgrounds except one person.  This person keeps getting the following error: They are using the most recent version of Chrome. Why is this issue happening? 

I'd like to download the list of Registrants BEFORE I approve or deny them - as we need to confirm they are eligible to attend our webinar.  I cannot find anyway to get that list to compare to my eligible list? Reports seems to be AFTER the webinar is over.

I only see 2 reports in ZOOM (Admin) Website that are somewhat useful Phone System Management> LogsAccount Management>Reports>Usage Reports>Phone SystemAccount Management>Reports>User Activity Reports>Phone System Operation Logs Am I missing a place to see reporting for Strictly ZOOM Phone on the vanilla Web Admin Webpage (web-admin)? Is there anything useful in the ZOOM Power Pack in terms of ZOOM-Phone-Reporting that I should be looking at? FINALLY is there any 3rd party reporting products or services I could look at? Thanks in advance      

Hello,I am having an issue accessing the "get workplace's reservations". The error is as follows:{'code': 4711, 'message': 'Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[workspace:read:list_reservations, workspace:read:list_reservation:admin].'}I have verified that I have 'workspace:read:list_reservation:admin' added to the scope of my app. Have been able to access other endpoints with no problem except for this one endpoint. Also using server-to-server oauth. It is also as an account-level app. Have tried valid and invalid workspace ids with the same error message. I have verified that I am using a get command for the call.  Looking for any help on what maybe causing this or other places I can look. Thanks.

Hi I am a recruiter and I use zoom for my video interviews I currently don’t use a waiting room and anyone with the link can access the meeting. However the meeting participants report has been really useful to me recently and the report is better if I invite everyone by email instead of sharing the link but it’s important I do not share contact details of candidates and clients for GDPR and other reasons too. I am the host but I don’t want to take part in the interviews they are between candidates and employers. Is there a way I can invite the individuals to the meeting by adding their email to the invite without letting the other participants know each others email address? 

Hi there, Does anyone know - if I Unassociate from my Company's (Enterprise) account and create my own account, will I loose my Personal Meeting ID? If yes, what is the way to retain my personal meeting ID and still unassociate from Enterprise account? thanksTS

My account is Professional and yet my meetings are being limited to 40 minutes.I need this adjusted, please!

I keep having to go into my settings and turn off live streaming for each meeting, but each meeting still streams live. I don't want live streaming. Why won't the setting save (though it initially appears to, but then does not)? How do I just permanently disable this feature?

Dear all,beginning today in the morning the Zoom chat is not operational for our company.Message in Team chat: "No internet connection. Please check your network" -> Internet is working, that is not the problem;When viewing the certificate: "Error code 1: DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 certificate is not trusted."Mobile phone app in another network is also not working (the Zoom Chat)On zoom status page there is everything operational. But it looks as if the certificate issue is the problem.Anybody else faces this problem? Hello. I am so confused. How can I find my code for my participants?

I have discovered about four times now that previous meeting links (that I keep and reuse with clients, and are therefore 'active' and used again within 30 or 365 days) sometimes suddenly disappear off my previous meetings list. It has just happened again today. There are no 'deleted meetings' listed, as I have not deleted them.It is challenging when I'm just about to open a previous meeting, to discover I can't find it, and then have to create a new meeting and email this to the client right when we're meant to be starting.Can anyone help me with this? I would appreciate it. Thank you. I have read the info/links here with related questions.

Hi Zoom Community! I need your help and collective wisdom, I'm running into some troubles with sharing my powerpoint presentations and viewing my presenter notes at the same time (I would like it visible just for me and not participants). I use a MacBook Air laptop.  1) When I do do Presenter View on PPT slide show options, everyone can see my presenter notes on the side panel. What can I do to block their view to just viewing the main slides?  2) When I do Basic Screen Share of my PPT, I cannot see my presenter notes on the side. So when I select Advanced Share Screen - and do portion of the screen, it comes up as blurry quality resolution for most participants - both laptop users and computer users, but not for others (1 person who signed in with their phone said it looks fine). The framed portion of the slide shared looks clear for me on my end, but not everyone else. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, I've turned off all video cameras to help bandwidth.

I am trying to activiate my "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" feature. However, the toggle is greyed out and says "locked by admin." I am the admin and only user of the account (Zoom One Pro). Any ideas why I can't access?

I need to add an ICS file with the Zoom links I create for our organization. I tried to follow the steps in settings, but the option is not available. These are the steps I took: Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.Click the Meeting tab.Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Send ICS calendar attachment along with webinar invitation/reminder emails toggle to enable or disable it. What I put in red doesn't work as there is nothing that says - Send ICS calendar... What am I doing wrong? Or why wouldn't my Pro Business Account have this option?  Members in our organization are requesting that an ICS file or a way to add the meeting to their calendar is available. Please help! 

I schedule meetings in outlook and have a Zoom add-on to attach a Zoom link to the meeting. For roughly 50% of the meetings I schedule, the date/time in Outlook will be correct, while the date/time in Zoom is wrong (usually shows the meeting being for an earlier date and time). How can I fix this?Thanks!

Hi We currently have Poly E400 phones that come with physical keys. I’m looking to assign BLF (Busy Lamp Field)  keys for all users. I’m aware that you can manually assign BLF keys by going to the user settings, selecting "Keys and Positions," and then making changes individually or uploading a CSV file. However, both of these methods can be quite time-consuming.Is there a way to assign BLF keys to all users simultaneously, rather than doing it one by one? Any advice or guidance on a more efficient method would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I downloaded Zoom on my older PC (Windows 10 Pro 22H2, AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T, 16 GB DDR3 RAM), but zoom.exe does not start. I used all  possible tricks I found on internet (allowing desktop app for camera,mic, reinstallation,. cache cleaning...),but no way.  Other videocommunication programs are working well on this computer. Please help. 

Hi everyone,I have followed the great video instructions of how to connect Zoom to Facebook since the change in April . I have also changed in Advanced Meeting Settings the custom streaming button to be locked. Even with doing these things I keep getting a red Error message pop up in zoom when I'm in my personal meeting room trying to go live in Facebook saying: Error Failed To Connect TO Zoom Services, basically meaning I can't stream into my groups. Does anyone have any further solutions or work arounds I can try?  Many thanks,Anna
