Video Filters

Hello,

Last night, I had a group meeting where everyone ended the meeting using the video filters for a fun time. I, however, do not have this feature. I have looked up all the ways to find it but I only have backgrounds to choose from. Could someone please help me with problem-solving this issue so I can participate with the others using funny faces?

Thanks!

When logged into Zoom Desktop Client, navigate to Settings->Background & Effects->Video Filters.

If your account is managed by an organization, it's possible that this feature has been disabled or will need to be manually enabled. Please let us know if you think this is the case.

I have the same issue. I am the admin and have confirmed filters are enabled. I have reinstalled, checked settings, etc. and still cannot access filters. Backgrounds are fine. Is there another solution? Where are the filters files located - maybe there is a permissions issue?

I have the same issue as OP - however I do not have the option of Video Filters as shown in bstrelko's reply. This is my personal zoom. When I go into the Dashboard and Advanced Settings it does not appear either. I try searching "Video Filters" and still nothing. (I would post a screenshot, but I am not able)
