How long does Zoom store a meeting summary? I'm using the Zoom Meetings REST API endpoint to fetch the meeting summary of a meeting instance. It'll be helpful to know what's the retention policy for the same. The endpoint I'm using is - GET `/meetings/{meetingId}/meeting_summary`

Hello - I have a Pro account that is paid in full and it still will not let me schedule past the 40 minute mark. I have asked for help from the ZOOM desk with no response and I have an important meeting tomorrow. This happened at a meeting yesterday as well - the countdown started in the middle of a meeting when I pay for the PRO. Anyone able to help please? 

Every time I join a Zoom meeting using the app  from my Android phone, it disconnects after only a few seconds. It automatically reconnects and disconnects again after another few seconds, ad infinitum.

Is there a way to bypass the Zoom voicemail instruction prompt when you are routed to voicemail for a Zoom Phone user.  It appears that pressing the hash key (#) will bypass the personal greeting, but then the voicemail instructions still play.  Experienced callers don't necessarily want to hear the instructions every time, but I also don't want to eliminate the recording as newer callers may appreciate that.   Thanks!

Is it possible to add a "lock" feature, which locks properties of an item while keeping it movable?I use whiteboards in teaching: students should arrange several objects into correct order. It is annoying to see the students constantly changing the size of objects or accidently adding arrows, while trying to move them... 

Hello,  I have a mix of Zoom Room device head units:  1x Windows PC 2x Neat Appliances1x Logitech Roomate Appliance We are running duals displays that are not hooked up to any networking or Zoom controls.  GOAL: I want to setup Device Operation Time so that my displays turn black during non business hours and then start displaying again during business hours.  Following these two articles: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064233https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066604 ISSUE: When it is not during business hours the head units should start sending a black signal to our displays. However the behavior thus far is that once DOT is trigged the displays simply revert to the custom background I set globally as if the headunit did receive a command. Was there a delay in when the head unit starts sending the black signal to the displays? Please find my settings

I have a free Google voice number I've used for years.  I was trying to find out if I can port this number to Zoom phone.  I tried the virtual assistant, and it has no clue.  Nor could I find anything here about it.  I tried calling both the sales and support voice lines, and the system just ends up terminating the call.  This of course after it discovered I was just a single user.  Not exactly a warm fuzzy right off the bat.   So, I would still love to know the answer.  Can a number from legacy free Google voice be ported to zoom phone?  

When I share an audio file in a meeting, there's a pen over the stop button of my audio file preventing me from clicking on the stop. It also happens with video files. It's very annoying. How can I get rid of the pen and have the STOP button clear when sharing my screen?

I ported my office number over to Zoom a few months ago. Since that time I have not been able to access any calls and even more importantly my voicemail. Fortunately most client have my cell number but not all. Somebody please give me some help. There is NO customer support that I can contact. I don't know if there is a plan where I can upgrade for help?

I teach online dance classes from my home , but as soon as it gets dark outside my video call becomes blurry, and if I turn on the light it still is blurry. Any ideas on what I can do? I use my labtop. Thank you

Hi, company policy is to delete webinars after 3 months so I always have to download them. This gives me separate files for the video and transcript. Can anyone recommend video editing software to piece them back together and, ideally, make the transcript searchable so I can then upload them to our internal file sharing system? Thanks.

First, I have to say, trying to reach Zoom support is a complete nightmare. The worst I have ever encountered with any company. The chat support says my account doesn't have live chat support. But I have the Pro plan which is supposed to. I tried phone support and they said my account doesn't include live phone support and to use chat support. Just going in circles. It's horrible! Anyway, the problem I'm having is just this. I would like to share media - photos and videos from my Photos app - during a meeting. There is no problem doing this on my Mac. But on my iPad I can't find the videos. It's not listed as one of the media types to share. Is there a solution for this? And if somebody from Zoom support wants to contact me about how hard it is to get support I would also appreciate that. Thank you.

Hello,I paid the Zoom translation addon and have some trouble using it. If I am hosting a meeting, it seems to work but whenever I join a meeting, the translation settings aren't available. Is it possible to enable caption translation without being the host of the meeting?Thank you, 

Hello, we have a friend, who ist in austria and later in rumania. We gave her the zoom telephone numbers for both countries, so that she is able to join our video-zoom-meeting, placed in germany.My question is: how much does it cost for her?  She has a german mobile provider and is dialing into zoom by +40 for rumania and e.g. +43 for austria. Thanks for any kind of help or orientation!Stefan from Cologne Germany Europe

Apologies if this is redundant, but I can't seem ti find a definitive answer.Does Zoom block people from recording meetings using QuickTime? I was a participant in a meeting that I did not own/initiate. I tried to record a meeting via QuickTime on my Macbook Pro to reference later.It started recording, then stopped at least once. I stopped paying attention.Anything that I recorded was not saved, unlike other QuickTime recordings.  When I do a "test meeting" with just myself and initiate it, I can record it, but that's just with myself.  

How do I get un blacklisted? I need to join meetings for work and I don’t know what to do, Google does not help and neither does that chatbot.

I purchased the "zoom phone power pack" when I purchased the zoom phone number. I received no info from zoom on how to set that up on my desktop. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it a good tool? How do I set it up? etc.  Thanks in advance. 

Hi... We are receiving webinar registrations that are to be manually approved.  We've selected "Send an email to host when someone registers".  The webinar has been set up with the Licensed account/email, but the Licensed host is not receiving these email notifications.  Also, nothing is turning up in the Junk folder. What are the likely things I may be missing? Thanks!

Can alternate hosts for a meeting (that is scheduled and used for a series of meetings) - go into Zoom settings and change the "Auto Record to Cloud" toggle button? I was certain I had set the meeting to NOT automatically record...and yet I just went in and looked and it was checked. So I'm curious if it was done after the fact or if I simply just missed it.

I have being using Zoom to livestream events at the Birthplace of the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas. While video and speech is OK I have been unable to get any usable sound from musicians. The latest were a saxophone, electronic piano and guitar which were either inaudible or very very lumpy. Audience clapping also cuts out. Hello, I have created a holiday schedule for one of our company sites.  I have also created a few call queues under this site. I have a specific call queue that utilizes a different holiday schedule. I am not able to remove any holidays that were created at the site level. Is there any way do customize the holiday schedule for this call queue? If not, would there be a recommended work-around?
