I just tried to add an Alternative Host who could start a meeting on my Pro account. I got a message that I need to purchase a license to do that. When I change the number from 1 to 2 on the billing page, I would be charged $300+ yearly instead of the $159 I'm now paying. Is that correct?

Hello, I set up a paid zoom account for a client, and by mistake put a typo in the email address associated with the account. Due to this, I cannot access the account to update the email address as when I try and login, I cannot gain access to the code sent to the email because the email address does not exist. My client paid for the entire year for this account, and they are a nonprofit so were able to use the special tech soup discount.  I submitted a ticket through my own personal account but haven't received anything back yet. My client needs access to this new zoom account as soon as possible. I can't believe I made this error, but here I am, desperately seeking help for my large mistake. I have the purchase receipt, etc. Any guidance is GREATLY appreciated. 

Is it necessary to list the attendees when I set up a meeting, or can I just send everybody the link without listing them in advance? 

With this new Zoom Workplace I cannot find recurring meetings. I have to access my recurring meeting theough a browser.  How do I start a recurring meeting?

I have the url and pass code but the same message comes up ' you cannot view this recording. No permission' . the host confirms all restrictions lifted. Five recipients have the same problem

Can I sign up for a Zoom Pro account using my team's group Gmail account? Purpose of this is so that anyone in my team who is available on the meeting day can sign in to the zoom account with the group Gmail and will be able to conduct the meetings which are beyond 40 minutes. (Zoom Pro required as Zoom basic has a limit of 40 minutes meeting) If this isn't possible, can someone suggest to me what are possible alternatives for such arrangements?

We currently use Zoom Meetings which does not collect attendee email addresses for people outside of our organization. We will be switching to Zoom Webinars soon. I've had different experiences when I attend a webinar in the Zoom Webinar platform. Sometimes I'm asked to provide my name and email (I'm not asked to log into my own Zoom account) before I can enter the webinar and other times all I have to do is click on the provided link. Is there an administrative setting in Zoom Webinars that turns on the option to request/require people to enter their name and email? Thanks for your help.

Despite paying for 1000 member webinar I am getting below message.  "Your account has an outstanding balance of ₹16,846.00. If you do not pay your balance, you will lose access to all paid features and cloud recordings. Click here to pay your outstanding invoice(s) or click here for support." I do not want my zoom to disrupt unnecessarily despite paying... any solutions Regards,Harsh

Is it possible to set up an integration where webinar attendees can simply click a link to join a Zoom webinar via Teams? I see this article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067825#installing-from-the-zoom-marketplace), but it seems to assume that it's an internal setup for someone with admin access to both relevant Zoom and Teams accounts. We can make admin changes to Zoom, but not to attendees' Teams accounts. Some potential attendees aren't permitted access to Zoom, so if there is some way to stream the Zoom webinar into Teams or otherwise integrate, that would be ideal. Seems like a stretch, but I was wondering if anyone else has addressed something like this.

I accidentally deleted an important Zoom recording that was saved locally and that I now need again very quickly. Does anyone know how I can restore them? It didn't work with recovery software for my computer. So now I'm hoping that I can somehow restore it with Zoom. Is there a contact service that can restore something like this?

My calendar tab in the Zoom Workplace 6.0.10 (25100) VDI application is not showing up anymore. There hasn't been any changes on my end. Has anyone seen this behavior before and how did you restore the calendar tab?  

I am unable to set up a Zoom Webinar even though my account owner has paid for it and given me a license. The account owner is unable to set up a webinar, too. Whenever we click on the Webinar tab in the sidebar, we just get looped back to Zoom's sales pitch for Webinars. 

Hello,I want to schedule a ZOOM live webinar on facebook, but I dont find the option for advanced settings to Configure Custom Streaming Service. The scheduled webinar shows the option to livestream on facebook, youtube etc. which I could choose when I run the event live. But I want to schedule this event ahead of time.  I saw a tutorial video, and noticed I dont have the advanced settings at all.  Could you please share some tips? Dima

We use the Zoom API to create and manage hundreds of meetings a week. We have a use case where we have a participant already waiting in the waiting room, and then the host is either not able to join or is running late and will join much later. Rather than having this participant wait in the waiting room indefinitely, we would like to send a message to this participant that the host is running late or that he/she can no longer join and the meeting will be rescheduled. How can we accomplish this? Can we display a custom message to that participant in that particular waiting room?  Thanks, -Alex

Hi there, Does anyone know how to record their own personal message in Zoom? I found where I can select an automated person to say that no one is available to answer your call. But any way to record my own for a personal touch?

I had recorded some zoom meetings to a computer that was lost.  Is it possible to recover these recorded meetings somehow?

I have been a zoom member for a long time and been trying to find a way to activate the video audio transcribing feature on my profile, asked the support and not sure what it is not working I don't want to use another app.I know this feature is available in the pro plan. I recorded- Cloud Recording and I approved the transcription in my profile.Can any one help?

Hey, I selected a profile picture for my zoom meeting and when I did join it the profile picture never came. Only the default came when I offed my camera. Please clarify, as I am gonna join a meeting in 20 mins where everyone should have a profile pic. Thanks,ZoomClearer (TheDoubtClearer)

I can get transcriptions of voicemails left for me but I cannot fathom how to get transcriptions of the occasional ad-hoc recorded phone call: So I go to account settings:Checking under both the "Recording" and "Zoom Phone" tabs I can find no way to turn on "Allow call recording transcription". I've also searched Google and the community here but couldn't see a post on it. If it already exists, sorry!
