I just bought a new computer - an Asus Vivobook. It has an I5 core and so should be excellent. I installed Zoom and tested it. The sound from the device is great but the sound I am receiving is terrible. When I test the sound using Zooms test device, I can hear the sound, or the sound starts and then cuts of. I talked to a friend in the UK using Zoom and the sound quality was dreadful. Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips? This is the first time I have ever experienced this problem.
I do not want to remove the integration, but i fear I might have to. This is clearly a zoom bug. every time i pull up someone's calendar (internal) in outlook just to look at available times, zoom sends them a meeting invite right that moment even before I can hit "discard" or "send invitation". I don't know how to make it stop. for example, it is 4:52pm right now.. i open outlook "new event" so i can check my managers schedule to set up a meeting next week... i'm still flipping through the days of the week to schedule the meeting and boom- Zoom, completely on its own, sends her a meeting for today at 5pm EST before i have even finished creating an invite or picking a date and time. What the heck? this has been happening for weeks. The meeting does not come from outlook therefore doesnt show up on outlook calendars, but my zoom alerts will randomly go off on my phone or watch saying "upcoming zoom meeting- 5 minutes" and i open it and its just a shell of an invite from a time i was loo
Is there a plan to add a setting for phones to start the Zoom AI summary automatically when starting or joining a call?Transcriptions are able to do that today; seems logical that the AI summary could do the same. Also, are Zoom AI Summaries going to be available in Contact Center? Thanks
When I share an MS-Word document, other participants in the meeting only see a black scree
When I join Zoom, it automatically closes after about one minute. I have tried switching my internet connection by using a hotspot, and I have also tried joining from a different device, but the problem persists. Zoom keeps closing automatically after one minute. Could you please explain what might be causing this and suggest possible solutions?

Hey FamI have long had an issue with the chat window jumping around whenever a new message comes in, or trying to scroll around. It never scrolls fluidly, jumping around as I get toward the end of the messages. This makes it very difficult to read the messages, obviously, and is a frustrating hindrance to communication. This has happened for years, across devices and versions for me. I see *some* mention of related issues in the forums, but not a lot. Please advise! Thank you!
How do I dial a user's extension so that my call goes directly to their voicemail; I do not want their phone to ring at all. This will be used for after-hours IT notifications and do not want to disturb the end users.
Hello,I have some problem, when my cursor leaves the button "Add reaction" the popover disappears, and I can't add any reaction. Could anybody help me? 🙂 The GIF with my problem: https://ibb.co/G4mY3wGK OS: Manjaro Linux (5.10.244-1-MANJARO)DE: KDE (6.3.6) & WaylandGraphics Processor: Intel Iris XeZoom: Last Version (6.6.0 (4410)) May be somebody know about my problem, and how to resolve it)
I’m just starting with Zoom. The only problem I’m encountering is as the host. I have some short videos that I would like to play on my screen and share with the participants. I’m testing this with a couple of computers in my own home and I can screen share a folder on the participant side, but when I click on the video to play it nothing changes on the participant screen. In other words, it’s still just the icon of the video not the video itself. I’m sure I’m doing something really stupid but for the life of me, I can’t figure out what it is.thank you for taking the time to read this!
Changing the color of the side bars to white might eliminate the need for a ring light when in a meeting. The brightness of the side bars on the screen could serve as a built-in light.
Anyone else experiencing a total outage of Zoom meetings today? I'm unable to connect to my meeting as of 1:00 PM EST.
I recently created a Warmly account through Zoom. The name tag is cool, but there was no easy way to turn it on and off in the middle of a call, so I deleted it from my Zoom account and I deleted my Warmly account, but the name tag continues to appear on the screen when I'm sharing my camera. How can I get rid of this?
Tried 3 different usernames on two different windows 11 insider program 10.0.22623.730 logins. Uninstalled zoom client 5 times, shut down and booted 6 times. Used browser on zoom meeting today, but camera didn't work. Clicked on profile photo, then settings to no avail. Clicked on settings gear icon to no avail.
We are having hackers attack our zoom meetings and sending 1000s of chat messages at once. Is there any way to delete all of them at once instead of having to delete them one at a time?
We have been experiencing several Zoom meetings over the last several weeks that have been getting "unstable network connections" and freezing video and audio. We had not been experiencing this for the last several years here in the office with multiple calls happening every day. Our internet connections speeds have remained very fast and showing no issues during the same time these zoom issues occur. Is there something we should look at on our Network Firewall that could be impacting this? We recently did update our Firewall on our network. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
A few weeks ago I started getting “Your internet connection is unstable” messages during meetings, and it was true – I froze momentarily for others and they froze for me. So I called the cable company and a tech support rep said he saw the problem, could fix it remotely, and did. Only it happened again. So I called again and the rep said I needed to replace my modem. So I did and it happened again. So I called again and they sent someone out, who said the coax cable had degraded and he replaced it. And it happened again. So I made a fourth service request and the guy replaced the new modem with a newer modem. And it happened again. I’m at my wit’s end; at this point, I can’t believe the problem is the cable connection. But what else could it be? I use Windows 11 with a new Dell laptop and a single wired connection to the net; I always reboot my laptop, modem and router (though the latter doesn’t play a role) before each Zoom session; I’m always Host or Co-Host and s
For Toastmaster meetings, we commonly rearrange the faces on the display so the Speaker image is close to the webcam. Looking at the "webcam / Speaker image" simultaneously, gives the impression, to the Speaker, that the audience is listening. If we cannot place the Speaker image close to the webcam, it appears to the Speaker, that the audience is not listening. We do not want to give the impression that we are ignoring the Speaker, because it is a boring Speech. I suspect that there are thousands of Toastmaster clubs who use Zoom. There are quite likely more small groups than large groups who use Zoom. It would be better if we could "always" rearrange the images on the screen, even if someone raises their hand.
As I was trying to upload my branding as a background there was a picture of a rainbow filter like and now I can't remove it. I have a webinar coming up and I need to have this background removed. I removed the cache and emtied the trash. Rebooted multiple times. Please help!
I have several sites listed by cities.I'm trying to limit digital content admin rights to just a few units at each location. When I go to the specific device, I'm not able to just give to each unit. it's grey out and to the far right, I see: Using Account Settings. I don't see an option in account settings to list digital content admin settings per device. I don't want to give access to a Floor settings, I want each unit. thanks
Does anyone know Zoom policy of free call for teachers during Covid 19? Is it still available in Viet Nam?Thank you.
ver 6.7Mac os tahoe 26.3The last time you opened zoom.us, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?and then nothing happnes no matter how much i try
We connect our camera using type-c to an iPad then start a Zoom call. Meetings starts ok - video stream from external camera is working. Then we are trying mute-unmute several times and camera becomes black. Also there is a big lag when external camera is being muted - whole application freezes for ~10 seconds. This doesn't reproduce with internal cameras. And we tried many other usb cameras as well as different iPads - same issue.STR: 1) Connect type-c camera to iPad.2) Make sure video stream works and external camera is used.3) Press mute/unmute many times.Actual result: at some point camera stops working.Expected result: camera works.
