What is the oldest OS for Mac computer that zoom will run on? I'm looking to purchase a refurbished Mac with lots of ram 32g and HD 3T ... and wondeering what limitations the OS will make if / when i cannot up date ? I also use Miro and hoping that will continue to work also.Thanks for the Tech info.  

Is Zoom planning to expand its minimum requirement for using Virtual Background without Green Screen in next version? (My processor is i7 gen2, currently zoom support i7 gen 3, which is very close :))It seems, in every update Zoom included more and more old-gen of processors that can support VB (with Image or Video) without Green Screen. If so, I will very grateful for it, hence Google Meet already supports any processor to change the virtual background albeit the quality is different.

Hello,   In the middle of the savingprocess my computer restartet and now I cannot find my redording of the meeting. Is it lost forever or can I find it somewhere...?  

Recently, zoom has started to cut off my calls at 40 minutes even though there are only 2 of us on the call. It says it should only do that with 3 or more people. Does anyone know why it might be doing this and how I can fix it? It didn't used to do it until a few months ago.Thanks!

Please, I was playing around my zoom and messed up my account login details: Meeting ID & Passcode. How do i get it back the way it was?  I used it for more than 8 months and do not want to get it lost. Thanks

If i want to add my virtual background, there is only 1 option which is add image. I already update my zoom to 5.7.5. Pls help me how ?Image : 

My system and photo conform to all the requirements. I have read the articles, but none of what they say to do actually exists in my zoom. And it is _my_ zoom, I'm the acct holder, so this doesn't have anything to do w/an admin not giving me rights. Suggestions? Also, this seems to be a recurring issue for a lot of users, why can't zoom just post directions that are actually useful?

I am trying to customize my waiting room for an upcoming webinar. Video and Image is the only choices to upload.   I have a powerpoint slideshot that is on continuous loop iwant to play while folks are in the waiting room.   How do I do this?

When I open a Zoom meeting on new computer, it says to participants that  I'm in another meeting. I've signed out on old computer, but it still does not work... What to do? 

I need to host a meeting starting at 1pm and I know its going to flow into my 2pm meeting.  Is that possible.  I can not have them merge at 2pm. Please advise - Thanks.

Hi I am a recruiter and I use zoom for my video interviews I currently don’t use a waiting room and anyone with the link can access the meeting. However the meeting participants report has been really useful to me recently and the report is better if I invite everyone by email instead of sharing the link but it’s important I do not share contact details of candidates and clients for GDPR and other reasons too. I am the host but I don’t want to take part in the interviews they are between candidates and employers. Is there a way I can invite the individuals to the meeting by adding their email to the invite without letting the other participants know each others email address? 

Hello, quick question for anyone -- when a call has 50 + attendees and someone "raises their hand" yellow hand,  does it move them to the front screen so you can actually see it?  Thanks!

I am paying for Zoom licence  and can record meetings. But I would like to have a transcription of the calls. I don't want to buy a 10 user license as there are only three of us in the enterprise. I understand that is the licence that is needed for transcription - is that correct and if so, does anyone have any solutions? Thanks,Rod

Hi a few of our users are getting a "Call Salesforce API failed.  Please try again later."  Our admins do not see this issue so I'm assuming it's related to some permission but I can't seem to figure out what.  Does anybody have any ideas?

Hi there, I found it is extremely laggy on the audience side when share screen with my iPad Pro (M2). It is unlikely to be an issue related to the Wi-Fi speed, as there is no problem when share with my laptop or phone. I wonder what the problem might be and how to solve it (high resolution or refresh rate or something???). It's really annoying.

I have run regular webinars for over a year now, typically myself as host, up to 3 panellists and up to 500 attendees. Panellists usually receive their panellist link straightaway when the little box in bottom LHS is ticked. On our last occasion, although the record confirms this box was ticked, only one panellist received the link. Any ideas/ suggestions?

I would like to host a zoom where customers can see my video when it is convenient for them.  I am not sure where to find the information to do that.I have set up an invite for them to go to my zoom account.  Just not sure how to do the next step by getting my video onto my site

I've been testing zoom events extensively ahead of a planned virtual conference, and so far have not been able to see how recordings are made available to registered participants. I have only been able to publish recordings to an event hub, which is not exclusive to ticket holders. The support notes state "Registrants will be able to view the recording for the event they registered for only if you included complimentary viewing access with their ticket registration when you created the event." and "Once a Zoom Events Attendee has registered for the event, they will be able to view the recording from their Tickets and Event Details pages." I have not been able to make this work, even when the complimentary viewing access for the event has been enabled. The only thing that seems to be accessible to users after the event has concluded is the event lobby, where there are no recordings linked. There are also no recordings linked to the registrants tic

Distorted meetings...low bandwidth, unstable internet connection since I upgraded. I was prompted to upgrade to the latest version last week, since then I have had three zooms and they have been interrupted by freezing visuals, distorted sound and the whole thing going off for minutes at a time. This is not at all satisfactory and my internet provider says that all is well from their perspective. Thanks!

Hello, I want to use 2 audio sources input (2 differents microphones) on a laptop. The option "Use specific audio input channels" as described in Zoom support note doesn't appear, so I use only 1 mic at the same time.For information, I have 4 audio sources connect, 2 mic, 1 built in sound device and one other. My desktop version client i 5.16.2 (22807)How can I solve my issue ?Thanks  

I am the sole user on this account (have a basic license).  I am getting a notification that says the account is inactive and to contact the admin - I cannot make calls. I am the owner and there isn't an Admin as far as I know. I am the only one on there.  Any help on how to fix this would be immensely appreciated!

Hello everybody,I need your help with this scenario please:I have an Hybrid meeting with interpretation between two languages. The interpreter is not in the floor but online.i want to make each participant in the floor able to listen to the language he selects.I used two PCs in the floor , each of them  listens to a different language and connect each of them to a transmitter that broadcast the selected language on a different channel to a receiver on that channel. each participant in the floor connects his headset to his own receiver and listens to the language of that channel.the problem now is that when a participant in the floor speaks he hears himself from his headset that is connected to his receiver.could you please advice a way to prevent speaker from hearing himself or suggest other other solution to accomplish that. Thanks in advance.
