Tech info needed ... What is the oldest OS for Mac computer that zoom will run on?

What is the oldest OS for Mac computer that zoom will run on? I'm looking to purchase a refurbished Mac with lots of ram 32g and HD 3T ... and wondeering what limitations the OS will make if / when i cannot up date ?

I also use Miro and hoping that will continue to work also.
