For the past four meetings, my iPhone 14 camera has been auto zooming out anytime I move. I have tried zooming in again but then it zooms out again. I've been emailing support back and forth and they told me to delete the app and reinstall. Didn't help. They asked me to set the iPhone 14 camera on auto-lock. Didn't help. They asked me to turn on "gestures" under meeting settings. I don't have that feature under my meeting settings. I turned off "Follow Focus" under Zoom, Accessibility in my phone settings. Didn't help. Is anyone else having this issue??? Has anyone solved this problem? Is it an iPhone issue or a Zoom app issue??

How do I turn off any sort of "Suppress Background noise"?I play an instrument over zoom. It has been working for years and now when I play a few bars my microphone mutes & the noise is suppressed. I want to turn this off if it is heard by the microphone I want it to go through.
Fellow Windows nerds will be familiar with how you can “Identify” your monitors inside the display settings. This temporarily pops up a numeric identifier to make clear which is monitor 1 and which is 2, or 3 or more. In my case I have 2. Monitor 1 is connected via a DisplayPort output, and 2 is connected via hdmi. However, when I’m in zoom and sinvoke the screen share dialogue box, the available screens to share are reversed. I’m trying to train others to run meetings among individuals of a variety of skill levels. This discrepancy mis-orients the user positionaly in our case, and also simply causes confusion in general because we refer to monitor 2 as the “second display,” which it rightly is, but zoom insists that it’s monitor 1. Very annoying! Anyone know how to resolve? My best guess is that this has something to do with the fact that when the computer was first turned on out of the box, it was only connected to an hdmi
Hello--I can no longer hear musical instruments on Zoom. The musician will have original sound for musicians turned on and others in the Zoom can hear them, but I can hear only voice, not the instrument. I turned background noise to low in audio settings, but that didn't help. This problem cropped up a couple of months ago--I used to be able to hear them, but can't now. However, I can hear instruments on other meeting apps, so I don't think this is a Windows issue and think it's a Zoom issue. Will appreciate any suggestions! Thanks--
I am unable to "double click" to convert recordings as I have done in the past when not done automatically. Any tricks to get the file to convert to MP4 from Zoom recording?
Our whole team (on a Business/Business Plus/Enterprise Plan) is having issues with the Meeting Summary not being generated. Out of 4 meetings in a day, 1 or 2 may be missing the summary, even though they are hosted by the same person from the same account. There does not seem to be a pattern (as in, it's not always the first meeting, nor always the last or at particular times) but it's extremely frustrating. I've submitted a support ticket, but has anyone else experienced this? It has been happening to more team members in the last couple of days.
Zoom Audio not working on Windows 10 I have tried every tutorial/guide on the internet and nothing is working! Please HelpNo audio from zoom while on earphones. Earlier this week Zoom upgraded my Windows 11 app to the Zoom Workspace app, then updated the upgrade. Currently running Version: 6.0.3 (37634). Before all this, there was a tab or something I could use to see my upcoming meetings. I could go to a scheduled meeting, make a copy of the invitation, and distribute it. How do I do that now? I don't see a Meetings tab. I see a Calendar, but that links to my Google Calendar which shows all my appointments, most of which are not Zoom meetings. Not ideal, but OK, I guess I can scroll until I find the meeting, and when I do that and open it up, there's an invitation there, but it doesn't include THE DATE AND TIME. You have to click on the hamburger menu and choose Copy Invite to get this info in the way that it took about 3 clicks to get it last week. Is there still a way to see my upcoming meetings and easily copy the invite, or what am I missing?
When I try to login with my regular Zoom account (which I've been using for 2 years) I have been getting the following error message error: Http 401 error I get this from my phone and multiple computer devices. The url I used to login is https://zoom.us/Signin

As of Sunday February 19 2023 I am no longer able to livestream into Facebook from Zoom. I have confirmed I have livestream enabled, I have the option on my zoom meeting screen. I click and it takes me to Facebook; I login as I always have, and then I get a message that says you must first be logged in with a blue box that says connect. I have confirmed I am logged in, and I can login from the exact same browser I use from Zoom. Any help would be appreciated. This is our platform for reaching church members who are remote for worship services.

As an enterprise user, we have several Zoom integrations enabled for our LMS. However, we use a lot of Virtual Instructor Led Training sessions. As such, the need to integrate polls into these sessions is critical. Rather than having to create these polls each time a session is set up, we love to use the Poll Library, so that they are available when the course is live. The problem with this, the Poll Library limits preset polls to a maximum of 10 per account. Is there a way to increase this number or will Zoom increase this limitation in the future?

Hi! I added Large meetings last month onto my basic account. Will that automatically extend ALL my meetings to 500 participants or do I need to select which meetings should be considered large (i.e. have the 500 capacity)? Please let me know as I've had issues before where I couldn't add more than 100 during a webinar! Thanks!Holly
Updating from within the app on macOS Monterey fails constantly. I have to come to the Zoom website and find the download and then install the new version. Please fiX!
Since the new year, gallery pictures have become tiny. I was just on a call with 6 people. Each gallery picture was 25% the normal size. This was not happening to the other participants. I am not the host. How do I correct this on my Windows ?
Hello! I am having some problems using the stylus to draw on Zoom Whiteboards... whenever I draw on it with multiple strokes that start from the same place (like at the top of the letter A) it will select and move the first stroke and draw while moving the first stroke, or just select and move the first stroke and stop drawing. This causes a mess on the whiteboard and I can't really draw what I want to at all. I tried using an iPad and Apple Pencil as well as a Windows tablet and another type of stylus (not sure of the name), and the same thing happens with both devices/styluses. It happens both on the Zoom App and when using Zoom in a web browser. It seems like it's a problem within the platform and may not be something I can fix on my end. I hope this can be fixed soon!!
Recently whilst hosting Zoom calls within a minute or so the person I am talking to freezes on my screen but their audio continues.I record the chats for a Podcast I do and when I play back the recording they are fine and not frozen, its driving me mad as the whole point is interaction on screen and its not workingPlease help me solve this!!
Hello Zoom community! After a recent webinar, I went to pull the attendee report and saw there are now CTA and survey report options as well. I found this video on creating a survey, but I can't find anything on creating or using calls to action (CTAs) in a webinar. The Getting Started with Zoom Reporting support article makes no mention of a CTA report. The only mention of calls to action that I can find anywhere in the support documents is in the April 3 update that mentions a new attendee feature:Back to the Lobby call to actionThe lobby window on the Zoom client will be brought to the front of a user’s screen when a session ends or will be opened if the lobby window was closed.Is this what the report option is referencing? It sure would be nice to be able to create a call to action within a Zoom webinar for attendees to schedule a meeting, download a PDF, etc. - beyond just posting a hyperlink in chat. I frequently get meeting sign-up spam for both GoToWebinar and Zoom. The spam comes in saying that I've signed up for a meeting I've never heard of and have never signed up for. GoToWebinar has a link in their messages that says "Report Spam" which allows me to tell them the message is spam that I never signed up for. There is no such option in a Zoom message. It strikes me that Zoom should have a similar message in order to, if nothing else, track how the service is being (mis)used. My only choice is to either simply delete the message or cancel my registration for the meeting if I care to click through that link and suffer through another Zoom message saying the registration has been canceled. Please add a Report Spam option to your registration notices so, if nothing else, you can get an idea how your system is being misused. Thank you.
I get the following error when trying to stream from facebook live to zoom. Anyone else get this error? how to fix it? Unsupported get request. Hello: On a 2021 14" M1 Macbook Pro running a fully patched instance of macOS 12.1, I have an issue where the background is blurry and if there is more than one person on camera, Zoom will randomly try to focus on that person in the background. I have verified and/or tried the following already: 1. Virtual background is turned off (and therefore, the blurred effect is disabled). 2. Playing around with various video settings including "HD, "Touch up my appearance", and "Adjust for low light". Also tried the disabling the de-noise and hardware acceleration under advanced video settings. 3. Lighting in room is confirmed as good.4, Zoom is updated to 5.9.1 (and apparently automatically updated to ensure compatibility with the M1 chip version).5. Basic Mac troubleshooting included macOS updates, restarting, Disk Utility. (And one can no longer reset the NVRAM/SMC on M1 Macs anymore).
My own mic as a moderator and/or those of my students are often automatically muted when we return from a breakout session. Is there a way to avoid this?
