Hi,Whenever I try to schedule a meeting since I've upgraded to the new version, I don't get the invitation to my mail (I'm the host). I've trying connecting my Gmail from my profile, but it still doesn't do anything. I have to manually copy the invitation and send it to myself instead. Other invites are sent properly. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this? Thanks!

Why is Zoom not showing my page when connecting to Facebook Live? When I go to the Facebook Live Link it takes me to the correct screen but my Facebook page does not appear in the drop-down menu there. It was there before and we use it every week. But it disappeared and now I can not share my live to my Facebook Page. 

We organise Zoom mega meetings and had 1,000 people worldwide registered for a mega meeting, but we only had 357 join us.This has happend last month too.What might be the reason for registrants not to be able to join online please?

I've been using Zoom for years. Today I;m trying to Schedule new meetings but have two issues:1. The Host shows as a zmail but I want my own email (which worked automatically previously).2. Using Schedule on my laptop, the format seems to have changed. After setting date and time and SAVE, the next page doesn't have the place to insert attendee emails and optional attendees like before.

Hi, I'm an experienced video conference participant using Zoom for years.  I'm a professional musician and uses the following digital audio interfaces to feed the Zoom microphone input source: PreSonus 1824cTascam Model 12Behringer UCA-222 Additionally, I use Voicmeeter Banana as a podcaster software source so that I can mix and loopback signals that originate from other programs like Ableton Live, Presonus Studio One, PG Music Band in a Box, and many others. For some reason, I can no longer use any of the hardware devices or software sources as microphone (input) sources with Zoom.  The speaker works properly and I can see and hear these microphone sources with other programs.  But, when I select them as sources in Zoom no sound comes across the microphone test meter.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of the software and drivers that these devices and programs

Our Zoom Administrator has a few questions regarding setup on the Zoom side. We will be using it for Interview Scheduling with Workday.1) One of the steps is "Register Client with Web Conference Provider". I use my zoom room for supporting teachers. I have scheduled a meeting for 7 hours. But when I´m inactive for 40 minutes zoom is closing automatically. Does anybody know why? I have a license and work at a University. Best//tea

Apparently Zoom just added a "Try new version" slider in the standard meeting scheduling popup accessible from the home screen of the desktop app: I did not notice this until recently because I'm a Zoom admin and keep myself in a separate user group from the rest of my company, so it happened to be the case that everyone but me got access to this slider.  Anyway, I'd like to disable this slider and keep my users on the "old" version of of the scheduling popup.  I don't like that the new version hides the Meeting ID and Meeting Security options under "More Options", and I also don't like that it gives everyone who doesn't have their calendar connected the above-pictured yellow warning banner.  About 90% of my users don't have a connected calendar, and one of my users so far complained about this banner because they thought it would pr

The session they are being redirected to has nothing to do with them at all. I need to set in advance the default language for automatic transcriptions generated in cloud recordings.Is it possible?At the moment transcripts for cloud recordings are always generated in English.  Regardless of the language spoken in the meeting! I know that  the host can regenerate the transcipt in the right language but this is not what I'm interested in.If I want to share the link to the recording and the transcipt (in the right language) I can't do this immediately. I understand that a Zoom Enterprise meeting license also comes with a Web 500. When assigning users, is there a way to assign the meeting license without also assigning the included Webinar 500 license to a given user? 

We record our Zoom meetings to the Cloud and have them automatically backup to Dropbox.  Currently, 2 emails are receiving notifications that the recording is available - the email associated with the Zoom account and the email associated with the Dropbox account.  How can the email notifications be turned off?

The Zoom Add-In for Outlook appears as an option to add Zoom meetings in Outlook 365 Calendar on the web, however, in Safari once you click to add a meeting, it asks to allow a new window for sign in. Once you enter your credentials it asks again to allow a new window and will ask for sign-in again. This is a continuous loop and will not allow you to ever actually add a meeting. I need help solving a recurring issue of not being able to see a presenter's PPT when joining a Zoom meeting from the phone. If I join the meeting from my laptop I can see the slides just fine but when I join from my phone I can't see them anymore even if I change the view to gallery. The option to see the slides just isn't there. It seems to only happen in some meetings which leads me to believe the issue is in how the slides are being shared or in the settings of the Zoom account that is hosting the meeting.For example tonight I joined one meeting from my phone and there was no way to see the PPT. Then I joined another meeting and could see the PPT just fine. In both cases I could see the PPT on my laptop. In both cases the presenter was a "Co-host" and was spotlighted/pinned. When starting the camera its just a dark screen even though the laptop camera shows a turned on light. Camera is working in other apps but facing issue in zoom. Hi, Not sure if you can do this but we have a setting that keeps all participants in the waiting room until we start the meeting and then manually admit all in the waiting room to the meeting. My question is can you set the meeting to keep everybody in the waiting room until the meeting starts and we have allowed people to enter and subsequent people (Who are late) can auto enter the room as soon as they connect? Current procedure:Start MeetingAllow co host to enter and allow them to be cohostAt the advertised time allow those in the waiting room to enter.once the meeting is in progress manual allow late comers to leave the waiting room and enter. I want to change the last line to read once participants are allowed to enter (post the first manual authorisation) all late comers can just enter once they make an attempt to join. Thanks.
