RTT (real time text)

In order to protect people with disabilities, the European Union is about to start implementing the accessibility directive. One of the requirements is that products supporting two-way voice communication need to support RTT (real time text). Zoom is also an app that supports two-way voice communication, so of course it also needs to support the RTT function. I would like to ask whether Zoom has the RTT function. If it does, how should it be enabled? If it doesn't, is it expected that this function will be available in the future?

Yes Zoom does have that. It is called "captions" and it works reasonably well. We have people with severe hearing impairment use it every week for church service and they are sitting in the live audience.

RTT enables users to display real-time text during voice communication. I think the meaning of "caption" in this context is somewhat different from its usual usage.
