The playback of Silmulive videos is pretty bad.  The video and audio are barely off, and it seems like it is playing the video at 15fps. I tested this many time and in many different ways and on many different devices.  Still, the same. Then I went live and played the video in a live webinar.  No problems. I had a Zoom meeting, but the folder that is always placed within the Documents/Zoom folder on my MAC after the meeting is not there. The meeting IS listed on our account on zoom.com. Where is the folder? Or why is it not there? Thanks.

I open breakout rooms frequently in zoom sessions at various times throughout the day. When I open up a breakout room and try to enter it, my zoom just stops responding. And I get stuck in this black screen on the zoom client. And the only way that I can re-enter a zoom call after this happens is if I restart my computer. Does anyone else have this problem? And is there a way I can fix this?

(emojis are cheesy and not serious business friendly and the provided icons are limited and odd choices (i.e. dog, dice, game controller) Also provide option for flat color selection rather than gradients.Add settings to reduce the tagged person to first name, nickname, or just profile picture. I cannot create a meeting because ZOOM has overlaid an announcement for its AI notetaker service. The large rectangle sits directly on top of my photo and my CREATE A MEETING interface. I cannot create a meeting.  Why does Zoom need to leave that announcement on indefinitely? How can I create a meeting with this blockage?

It's nice to see zoom become the first third party app to support this new feature on iOS however even after selecting it for calls, it does not seem to work. Is it not fully supported yet?  

Hi, When I’m in a Zoom meeting and the host shares their screen, it automatically resizes to fill my Zoom window. I’d prefer that it not take over the entire window—especially in cases where the shared content (e.g., a YouTube video) is only being used for its audio.Is there a way to prevent the shared screen from expanding automatically on my end? Or is this something the host can control when sharing their screen? Thanks so much for your help!

I am attempting to add all our physical locations for emergency services however when I add an address it just says "no data". Is there somewhere else in the system I need to add it first?

bei meinem Samsung Tablet verfolgt mich die Kamera bei Zoom Meetings. Das stört bei den Meetings wenn bei jeder kleinen Bewegung die Kamera schwenkt. Auf dem Handy oder Laptop habe ich das Problem nicht, es ist nur über das Tablet. Hat jemand vielleicht einen Tipp was ich einstellen muss? Zoom Support sagt das muss am Tablet eingestellt werden und der Samsung Support sagt das es eine Zoom Einstellung ist.Vielen Dank schonmal für eure Tipps

I am wondering if this is by design, or if there is a way to get more accurate readings for meeting recording duration analytics.

When I give a PowerPoint presentation, I use Presenter View so that I can see my notes and upcoming slides.  (I click ShareScreen, then I click Advanced and then Portion of Screen).  However, sometimes the Zoom link I've been sent does not accommodate this - and the ShareScreen, Advanced doesn't have the Portion of Screen option and I cannot use Presenter View - how can I fix this?  Does the person sending the inadequate Zoom link need to change something in their settings?  Thanks!

So yeah, I'll try to be simple and fastZoom does not detect the microphone, and in other apps like discord / windows / whatsapp web it works just fine.I'm talking about zoom desktop, in zoom web it works just fine.So, any ideas? The 1132 error code indicates that we have investigated an incident and found a violation of our Acceptable Use Guidelines or Terms of Service.   Why did Zoom immediately blocked me from using Zoom in my laptop. How to resolve this asap. I need to use Zoom asap.

When I am texting an individual number, I can add as a contact and their name is displayed. However, when I start a group text message, it won't let me rename the chat, like "Joe Smith's Family." Is there a way to rename it without having to add every single person as a contact?

Can you help me figure out how to my Zoom account to my outlook? I added the add-on for Zoom in my outlook but when I got to sign-in, it won't allow me to select to sign in with my Apple ID. Since I have it linked my apple ID, i don't have a typical password so now I'm stuck.Any help?

I work in I.T and have just had a customer call stating that whilst they are in a MS Teams meeting, if they were to receive a call to their Zoom Phone, it would disconnect them from their Teams meeting and automatically answer the call to their Zoom. They stated they have never had this issue (nor have I seen this issue before today), and they stated that this is happening to around half of the workers (small business, around 10-15 employees). I'm personally unable to test this issue without the involvement of the customer as we don't use Zoom Phone, and we also would not like to inconvenience the customer at all. The version of Zoom the customer is running is 5.16.10 (26186)Would heavily appreciate if anyone has any knowledge on this issue that can be provided.

Hi everyone,  New to the Forum. This evening I did 2 recordings for a video podcast using my laptop to record and since I don't have the pro account as yet, I added the "Sembly" app to get transcription and "minutes" from the recorded session.  Using the Sembly App external to Zoom, you have to send the invitation link to the app, it will then join the call and act as a Virtual Assistant, recording the meeting and it's AI wizard will summarise meeting, capture transcription all alongside the Zoom call being recorded as normal which is accessible after the call. However when I finished the record and twice, went to end the call - using the "End Meeting for All Users" option the call ended - as expected - but the usual window that should open saying "converting file" to save the recording never showed, both times. I thought maybe it's a delay and it will show up later and on a troubleshooting site, it said restart Zoom, which I did and to no avail...the files are

When using a Zoom Room, it would be nice to have the option to hide when the "room is speaking" from the room's display. Otherwise, for the duration of the meeting, there is a box at the top of the screen that says "XXXX Room is speaking", which seems unnecessary to show the people in the room. We have noticed it getting in the way of slides in a screen share.  Thank you for the consideration.

I am on a Macbook Air I bought two weeks ago. Since seamless porting over my data to the new computer, Zoom won't let me share my screen. When I click the Share button, the tab picker pops up as normal but I can't see any of my tabs in the tab icons. I see generic icons as in the attachment. If I click on one of these generic icons, I get the alert (in another attached pic) that says I have to go to Privacy and Settings. But it doesn't tell me what I am supposed to do when I get there.  In Privacy and Settings:– Zoom is ON in Accessibility– Zoom is ON in Camera– Zoom is ON in Microphone– I can't add Zoom to Screen & System Audio recording because it is the only app in my Applications folder that doesn't show up in the Applications Folder Open Dialogue Box (see 3rd attachment)

Hello,I have created a survey to get feedback from participants. A good overview is provided and I can download a CSV file.I would like to print in PDF the result overview with the graph and answers. I cannot find the way to do so. 🤔 🤔If I print the web page, not all responses chow, neither does the bar chart.Help please!Thanks.
