account inactive contact with admin

I've been using a Zoom phone for the last 5 Months and I've never faced any issues with it. An hour ago, that got suddenly stuck and saying, "Your phone is inactive, contact you're adding", as per Zoom, "Zoom Phone error 403: Your account is inactive" article "https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069738", there could be an issue with PLAN, but I have the plan from last 4 months.

 

Any once kindly help me in this regard.

    hi @M_Billy 

     

    check to make sure that your zoom phone calling such as us/canada unlimted calling is assigned your extension.

     

    if the calling plan is assigned to your extension, please open a support ticket.
