Zoom App Error

Last month, I was banned from Zoom with the error code 1132. I reported the issue and submitted an appeal, and they eventually restored access to my account. I can now log in through Zoom Web without any problems. However, when I try to sign in using the Zoom app on my MacBook, the same error still appears. Interestingly, I can log in through the Zoom app on my smartphone just fine. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app on my laptop, but the issue persists. I also reached out to Zoom support, but so far, they haven’t been able to resolve it. How can I fix this?

To clarify, the restriction you’re experiencing is on the device, not the account itself. Please contact Zoom Trust & Safety at https://zoom.us/appeals.
