Hello,I have an end user that is trying to share multiple screens from their dual monitor setup. It says 'press ctrl' to share multiple screens. They claim they cant press control to do that anymore. They have a wireless Dell Keyboard. I have them press the fn key, but that does not help.

Our ATA Poly 400 is provisioned and registered with Zoom. I connected the ATA's phone port to the door box after provisioning. I press the button on the door box after connecting, but nothing happens. The receptionist should be able to hear it, but it's not. I believe that in order for the receptionist's phone to ring, the ATA must be set up for Ring Down. Could someone please tell me how to set up the Ring feature on the receptionist's phone?

I'm using Zoom to teach online English lessons to a young student. I embedded videos into the whiteboard but my student sees a static image, she can't hear or see the video. I also tested this with a second computer, and faced the same issue. As a host I can see and hear the video, but the participant doesn't hear or see the video even though I'm sharing the whiteboard.  I know I can share the video from Youtube by sharing my screen, but going back and forth between the whiteboard and screen-sharing other content disrupts the in-class acitivities.  I'm using zoom workspace 6.3.6 on a Mac. Thanks in advance for any help.Does 

We want to replace our archaic traditional landlines with VoIP Zoom. Do you recommend zoom over Vonage or others? 8-10 users in a law office.

I will be installing a new app for all users with a service account with admin permissions. Will that service account need to stay an admin after the account is installed for the app to continue to work? All that I've read says that an owner or admin account needs to create the account and that the account needs to stay active for the app to continue to work. But I haven't seen anything that says it needs to stay and admin account. Will it break the app if I demote it after? Alternatively, what are the specific permissions needed in an admin account to be able to install an app, but do nothing else? I would be willing to go the route of creating a new admin role if I'd be able to limit the admin permissions for it.

When I'm scheduling a call and try to add "invitees", neither the desktop or iPhone Zoom app recognize the names of people that are already in my contacts. So, I have to manually cut-n-paste their email addresses into the mtg invitation one at a time.    I need Zoom to access my iPhone contacts and automatically insert their email address into the scheduler.    Any how-to guidance appreciated... thanks.     Richard

I had a Pro Plan Zoom account and have been using it for several years.  A couple of weeks ago, my Meeting tab went blank and I can no longer schedule meetings.  If I go through the home tab and click on schedule, I just get the waiting roundabout and it never ends in being able to schedule a meeting.  I was 1 week from the new month, so I cancelled my subscription and moved to Teams.  I don't want to keep using Teams, I like and know Zoom better, but I can't use it if I can't schedule meetings and I am worried if I restart paying for Pro, I still won't be able to access my meetings tab so it will be a total waste of money.  Does anyone know what has happened to my meeting tab and how to get it back?

Hi zoom, We are at TV 2 Denmark, looking for a "remote guest" solution, where we are able to only use one link for an invite, and then the guest, doesn't have to install an app OR haft to login, to join the meeting. Is this a service you provide? Ride now, with our current plan, we can't just send a link, without the guest HAS to download and install the zoom app on their device.. That is not a good solution for us, since we have to be able to provide quick solutions when we have people from anywhere around the world, coming in on short notice for an interview.Kind regards Anders Arndal, System specialist TV 2 DENMARK 

Hi everyone, For the past month, whenever I join a meeting, one participant's screen shakes.  I have completed updates, restarted my computer, logged in and out of my account, and yet one person will have a shakey video screen.  I noticed it is usually in the upper left corner of the screen (when it is more than one person). It is completely distracting and a bit visually overwhelming.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

We recently upgraded our Zoom account to allow us to have the Q&A box function. This has worked for new meetings but isnt possible for any meetings we already had scheduled in the account. Does anyone know how to add this in. The only reason we paid to upgrade was to use it for an upcoming meeting that we already had booked in.

I have a script on my computer that lets me toggle the default windows Communication Device when I press a key.  This works fine in Discord; pressing the key switches call audio output between the two devices, because Discord is set to output to whatever the windows default Communication Device is. However, on Zoom, there's no option to use the default windows Communication Device, only the default Speakers, so there's no way to automate changing Zoom's output without also changing my whole computer's default audio output.   How can I tell Zoom to output to whatever is set as the Communication Device, the way Discord does?

My Zoom video is flashing green for myself and attendees. I reinstalled Zoom; under “Video> Advanced” I unchecked “Optimize quality of the video | send with de-noise”; I unchecked “Sending video” under “Use hardware acceleration for…”. The flashing green of my video persists and is very distracting to all. Please advise.

Hello,I start my meeting via my laptop (this is the host that records the meeting), and then I log also via my Samsung phone and keep my camera only on my phone so everybody can see only my phone camera but I see that I don't get with the phone fullscreen? I test it with friends and when they have Iphon it is fullscreen but on Samsung, it is not. Do you know how can I make my Samsung show fullscreen? Thanks' Tsafi

I have Zoom Workspace Pro for up to 1000 participants. I have an already scheduled Zoom (not a webinar) set for Tuesday night with over 700 participants. I cannot find a Q&A button at the bottom of the screen; only the chat button. I have tried the Zoom instructions to go to "Details" but nothing comes up to enable Q&A. Can someone help me?

I have been using Zoom for some time and today I was finally told that my Zoom background image is backwards. Which means it has always been backwards. I don't understand how it is backwards because my video preview is correct, but the others have an opposite view of my background. It means there is an issue with what I see and what others see is not the same, which means the preview is not true.  My method is to flip all my background images in Photoshop because a normal view of my background image is flipped backwards in my video. So i thought i fix the problem but actually was creating the problem due to video preview is not a true preview of what others see. Did anyone else learn this oddness? I hope the preview can be fixed. 

Hundreds of calls every day are being added to our Dynamics CRM system with no other information besides 'voicemail added' and a link that does not work. They are all being created under my name since I did the integration. Zoom support says they  cannot turn this off and they cannot add more or correct information to it. This is extrememley unhelpful information and only bogging down our system.

I have a profile picture on Zoom but it never shows up when I join a meeting! Help, I don't always want to be on video. 

I am using iPad Pro and iOS version is 18.4.1.        Zoom version is 6.4.5(24064) When I test my setup by accessing to zoom.us, test for microphone, speaker and camera runs without any interactive confirmation for each then ends.  Only green check box is shown for each but without confirmation .    I once deleted zoom application and reinstalled but not resolved.I have a Windows PC and Mac Mini too but test goes with interactive confirmation as expected.  I appreciate any suggestion to resolve. 

Hello, before I put the AI on, when I was recording and pinning my video, I couldn't find the participants' videos and that's what I wanted. Since the introduction of AI, when someone speaks, their video is also recorded and is in my recording. Is it possible to disable this option to have only my video (from the host) and the voice only from the participants? 

Hello,We are trying to keep anonymous users, and callers from joining our webinars without having to register for the webinar.  We have about 2000+ people that attend an all-hands webinar.  In these webinars that we host, we have attendees that show as "anonymous" and sometimes there is inappropriate chat and Q&A from these anonymous users/callers.  These webinars are strictly for our employees and was wondering if there is a way that only their domain email could join the webinar.  Also possibly keep our users from forwarding the email so that other users cannot simply click the link and join the webinar.  We use SSO for Zoom.  We use the Zoom Workplace software installed on our computer's version 6.3.11 (60501).  Thank you!

When the meeting starts and participants turn on their cameras, Zoom freezes. Everything freezes and nothing works for a few seconds. After that, the images of all participants (including me) are automatically pixelated. This means the quality of your camera images decreases.Furthermore, Zoom crashes again every time I increase or decrease the number of videos (participant cameras to be displayed), i.e., when I select "Show video thumbnail or grid" during screen sharing to display the remaining participants.The interesting thing is that I asked the participants if they were experiencing the same issue I described above, and they told me they weren't, and everything was working fine for them.I verified that it wasn't a problem with my internet connection, as my partner uses Teams every morning (I have meetings in the afternoon).
