Estimados, Desde la cuenta Admin de Zoom no me esta permitiendo modificar la opción HD como indican el manual de uso.No me aparece las opciones de StandarD HD y Full HD.
After the last update allowing participants to be moved to a room without admission, even if I still admit them… when you initially move a participant to a room, they don’t fully move, their name stays gray and you will have to move them to another room and then move them back to the room you want them at.
A recurring meeting I've had for years has literally just disappeared today as if it never exisited. It's not even in previous meetings. I searched the subject on here, and one 'solution' was that in the app, if you go to the bottom of the window, it is in a tiny link that says, 'Recurring..' I have indeed found it there, however, A. There seems to be no way to put it back on the calendar for easy access to the link, it appears you have to go to this tab every single time you want to start this meeting. And B. Why has this suddenly happened? Disappearing from 'previous meetings' after years of using this link is not right and I'd really like to see the reasoning behind this resolved. It seems impossible though to actually get any real support from Zoom.
In the June 16, 2025 Zoom Events Release Notes (as of this posting), there is the following entry:I can't find any other reference to this anywhere. Where can one configure this setting? I also looked for the similar Zoom Sessions functionality mentioned in that note, but can't see any place in Zoom Sessions where the Join button timing can be configured. If you find it, please let me know... maybe with a screen shot. Thanks!
On the Screens tab when selecting Screen Sharing, I sometimes get Entire Screen OR Application Windows option, and sometimes I don't get the Application Windows options but only the entire screen. I do use the zoom Timer App from time to time and not sure if this could be a factor in this issue.
Is there a method to retrieve a Panelists email invite WITHOUT having it send the email? Most notably I would like to retrieve the unique passcodes and join links of each. This is for single session live webinar in Zoom events. I am used to the regular Zoom Webinar setup where when you add a panelist, you could retrieve their unique join links and passcodes by "Copying Invite" in the panelist area, or by exporting the panelist list (which i see is no longer an option either). For the way In utilize Zoom Events/Webinar, emails cannot be sent out to the panelists, and I had this setting turned off in Zoom Webinar.
Hello, I am able to receive calls, however, I receive an error message when making outbound calls: "my plan does not support this service" I am calling local numbers. I hope you can helpThank you.
Dear Zoom Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to suggest a feature enhancement for Zoom that could significantly improve the user experience, particularly in low-bandwidth situations. Currently, when the network bandwidth is limited, users often face challenges in turning on their video, impacting communication quality, especially in meetings where video presence is important for engagement and content delivery. It would be incredibly helpful if Zoom could introduce an auto-adjust video quality feature that dynamically adapts video resolution based on the available network bandwidth. This would allow users to maintain their video feed, even at lower resolutions, rather than having to disable it altogether. Thank you for continuously working to improve the Zoom experience. I appreciate your consideration of this request and look forward to future updates. Warm regards,Sukhdev Singh
Hello. Is it possible to update zoom desktop app for mac, Windows to latest version from the command line(command prompt, power shell, terminal, etc) ? Thank you,
FEATURE REQUEST: This comes up all the time for my teachers and I. When hosting, we would like to be able to spotlight our video for everyone, even when there is only one other participant. Currently the option to click my host thumbnail and select "spotlight for everyone" when hosting say a group meditation class, is only available if there are more than one participants. This can be a bit jarring, as this is super important for recording classes to make available to clients after an event. Without this option, when participants talk, the recording captures them too, and there have been some ruined recordings where the active speaker view stayed on a participant instead of the host. I'd love to see this option even if everyone is just one attendee. Can anyone put me straight or add this to the future development map?
Hello. My zoom meetings are syncing to my google cal but not my ical. My google cal is snyced with my ical, so I'm not sure why the meetings are now showing up. I'd like to be able to view the meetings from both my personal calendar (ical) and work calendar (google cal). Any insight?
I deleted a user from my overall Zoom account (5 uses total), and his webinar recordings are deleted too. we still have our webinar license, but they cannot retrieve the old recordings from his email. does anyone have help for this?
I cannot change settings because I keep getting a message tell mew that I need to have a US Metered call plan. This is my call plan: Zoom Phone US & Canada Metered CallingI am logged in.I am the sole owner/ user. How do I fix this!!!??
In my most recent Zoom meeting (which i hosted), the participants were not able to send direct messages to each other - only messages to the whole group were allowed. There was a message saying something about "because you have a large number of participants of this meeting, direct messaging is disabled" or something to that effect. There were less than 20 people in the meeting, but around 70 invited. This has never happened before even though this is a recurring meeting with the same number of invitees each time. At the beginning of next month we will be hosting a conference with 200+ people in a meeting, and we would like to keep it as a meeting, and not a webinar, precisely because we want participants to be able to interact with each other. Is there a setting which will prevent Zoom from disabling the direct messaging feature for large meetings? Thanks!
I use Zoom for meetings almost everyday and today suddenly my video started to appear faded in the meeting, however appears normal in the video settings. Any solutions to this? Image url: https://jmp.sh/s/L9upJ1UuH65XLn15AUnP
Hello,My students are in China. They cannot access recording any more as it shows: 'Recording can’t be viewed.'Access to this recording is restricted due to the web setting. "Any suggestions? Thank you.
I have several meetings that use zoom to connect. This would not be a problem except that Zoom refuses to initialize my camera. No matter what I do, the camera stays off. In settings it accesses it fine but not in zoom, one post I read said to change the camera settings in Zoom to foundation, I have done this and still no results. Should I just break down and get a better web cam or is there a way to fix this one? TIAJo
I've upgraded my account from Pro to Workplace today as I need to host multiple meetings at the same time (lasting 60-90 minutes). It looks like I can only host a second meeting for 40 minutes, is this correct? thank so much for any info!
I just set up my zoom plan (US/CA) Unlimited and finally figured out how to receive incoming calls to my desktop and zoom app on iphone. Unfortunately, I'm unable to make outbound calls. The same prompt is received from both the app and desktop attempts "sorry, we cannot complet your call. Your service plan does not allow calls to destination". Anyone have any idea what I did wrong?
I am not able to make outbound calls. I am in the US with an unlimited calling plan and a toll free number. There is no error code and the call log shows the call as successful. Does anyone know how to help?
I have a dedicated laptop to host Zoom meetings from that has a wired connection to gigabit speed internet. When I check the internet speed, it is consistent with what one would expect from gigabit speed internet (~900mbps up/down). Unfortunately, Zoom does not seem to care. The bandwidth I am getting in the statistics page is ranges from 200-1500kbps (send) and a pretty solid 3000mbps (receive). Zoom recommends a 3.8/3.0Mbps (up/down) for full HD video. Anyone know why my bandwidth would be throttled on Zoom while able to utilize gigabit speed internet on the same device?
Hello Zoom Community,I am building a C++ application that:Automatically joins scheduled Zoom meetings (using the Zoom C++ SDK).Acts as an in-meeting speech translator, capturing audio, translating in real time, and playing back the translated speech.🛠️ What I’m Trying to DoProgrammatically join a meeting with a pre-defined display name (e.g. “MyBotTranslator”).Once joined, immediately start the translation workflow without any manual intervention.🚨 The ProblemAlthough I pass the correct display name to the SDK’s joinMeetingWithParams call, Zoom still pops up the “Enter your name” dialog instead of using my name.Because the name-entry window can’t be controlled by code, the join process never proceeds automatically.🔍 What I’ve TriedVerified the name parameter is correctly set when calling the SDK.Tested both JWT and OAuth authentication flows.Compared against Zoom’s C++ sample apps (which only work when you manually type a name).Searched the SDK docs for f
I will be hosting a meeting where the participants' identities need to be kept hidden from others so that they can attend without anyone knows they are doing so. How can I do this with Zoom? Thank you!
Hello, I saw that Zoom changed its name from "Zoom Video Communications, Inc." to "Zoom Communications, Inc." around November ( https://www.zoom.com/en/blog/introducing-zoom-communications-inc/ ). On Windows, when downloading the Zoom installer (as well as checking the files from an already installed/updated Zoom workspace program), the digital signature currently says "Zoom Video Communications, Inc.", even when downloading the latest "ZoomInstallerFull.exe" (64-bit) from the Zoom download center. Will that remain the name on the signature, or will it change to "Zoom Communications, Inc."? This can have an impact on things that check the signature, such as Windows Applocker/WDAC policies.
