Trouble accessing recording in China

My students are in China. They cannot access recording any more as it shows: 'Recording can’t be viewed.'Access to this recording is restricted due to the web setting. "

You need to change the web settings and add China as a data center.
In the web portal go to settings then search settings for "country" and add China to
"Approve or block entry for users from specific countries/regions"
Do the same under admin > account management > account settings.
Then edit the meeting, "show options", edit "Approve or block entry to users from specific regions/countries" and add China
If this works please click accept as a solution.
