Hi, can anyone direct me to how to setup single phone numbers. I've bought one number but the setup has assigned it to a company line that needs extension numbers. Pulling my hair out, I'm sure it does not need to be this complicated. Thanks in advance for any guidance
Until recently, when we would elevate a voice call to a meeting, the voice call would stay connected. Now, the only option is for the end user to use their computer/meeting audio. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I revert it back so that the voice call can continue. We us this feature so that our end users can share their screen, so do not need it to change the audio to be through a meeting. We are trying to sunset another product we use for screensharing and all my agents are now reverting back to the old product as this is not working well.
The recording of our meeting today has audio but no video. Does anyone know what caused this so I can avoid it in the future?Thanks!

I have purchased a wireless mic that plugs into my usb-c port on my Samsung Galaxy S21+. The camera on my phone locks up the USB mic, however zoom does not. I don't even see an option to pick the mic source from my phone. I would really appreciate any help.
Hi everyone,I am having issues with my audio input on my macbook air laptop. During a meeting my host can't hear the piano that I'm playing. I have selected 'original sound for musicians' and ticked 'High-fidelity music mode'. But the microphone still won't pick up the piano sound. I have played around with all of the other settings, restarted the laptop, increased the volume to maximum and nothing fixes the issue. Thanks,Sol

Zoom is fully functional on my 2021 Macbook Air, but, when I connect to the Dell S2419H monitor, I have no microphone audio: class participants cannot hear me. I've reloaded Zoom, plugged and unplugged, rebooted, retested, and howled at the moon. Apple tech support couldn't resolve it, and my account doesn't qualify for Zoom tech support. Any suggestions anyone?
It used to automatically change my status to away when I locked my PC. Now it's not doing that and it has to wait for the inactivity time. I don't want it to do that because sometimes I'm at my PC having a discussion with someone so don't want it to go to away status. I want it to turn to away like it did before. How do I change that back?
Hi. I was the host of a zoom meeting and when I recorded, I selected on my computer. (I use windows). I have that recording and it works. Is it at all possible to upload it on zoom cloud for sharing or is there a copy in the cloud somewhere? Or how else can it be shared? Thanks, M
Is there a feature/function in Zoom where the transcript from chat (web) in contact center that will automatically bring the transcript into a task or Zoom Session history record? All of the help articles I am finding all speak about Meeting chat and that's not what we are looking. We need to transcript from the chat to come back into Salesforce so we have record of what was talked about - and are able to view the history of that conversation.

Il link della riunione è stato regolarmente generato e condiviso, ma al momento dell’accesso Zoom lo ha riconosciuto come “non valido” e ha reindirizzato alla homepage, impedendo a noi (e ad altri) di partecipare. Successivamente è stato generato un nuovo link per lo stesso meeting. Grosso problema per noi perchè in così poco tempo non era possibile avvisare tutti i contatti invitati e siamo stati costetti a rimandare di una settimana, davvero una brutta figura con le persone coinvolte. Quale puo' essere stato il problema?
Hi, I just installed Zoom client 6.1 on openSuSE and screen sharing is not showing any option anymore on Basic, but only under Advance tab, and there in this one I can only select Screen Portion, but also cannot confirm the screen sharing. Please fix it or let me know how to downgrade to previous version. Thanks in advance!
It used to be that when I paused a screen share, Zoom would just freeze the shared screen. Recently, that behaviour has changed. Now, I pause screen the participants see a message, "(hostname) has paused screen sharing." What changed? Is there a setting I need to fix? I am using Windows 11, Zoom Pro version 6.4.6.

I've been using Zoom in my dance studio for many years – always with the same HD webcam (Logitech). The video settings in Zoom were always set to HD, and everything worked fine.Since last week, the HD setting in the video settings has been disabled and can no longer be clicked. I've already checked all software (Zoom, Logitech camera, Windows) for updates. Zoom is the only software running on my PC; no other programs are installed.When I log in at home with the same camera and the same zoom account, I can activate HD without any problems. I've also tested a camera from another manufacturer – and it also has the same problem.I've tried everything, but I can't figure out what's wrong. I haven't changed any settings or software, and suddenly HD no longer works.Can anyone help or has the same problem?
I face an issue when using my Sony XM5 headphones during meetings, whenever I take headphones off to do something else, the meeting audio always automatically disconnects. I have to restart my headphones to reconnect to the audio. I checked my headphone settings and turned off the 'Auto Pause When Take Headphones Off' feature. I haven't encountered this issue when using any other apps on my phone or computer to play music, it only happens when using Zoom.
The recent Mobile Zoom app update (April 30/25) has now removed the Audio Settings: Disable Original Sound from the Settings. Can this please be added back into the app immediately?
We are a small church that has been having "hybrid" church services via Zoom for the last year. Everything was good until we replaced our laptop, and now any time more than one person speaks together (as in group prayers), or there is music in the church, the folks on Zoom just hear silence. We have tried using the "original sound" feature, but it doesn't help. Our previous laptop ran Windows 10, and our new one has Windows 11. We use an external camera with mic (Spedal 920PRO). We also experienced a problem wherein the audio was delayed by 10 or 15 seconds, both with someone speaking on Zoom being heard in the church, and the audio in the church being heard on Zoom. This stopped when we switched the audio input from the mic on the external camera to the laptop mic. The video did not have a delay, and it wasn't choppy like when the internet freezes. (This also since we started using the Windows 11 machine.)
Dear All I am an online tutor. One of my tutees cannot join a meeting using her laptop but can using her mobile phone? Unfortunately this cannot be a fix as she cannot use the interactive whiteboard. I would be grateful if anybody has any suggestions. Kind regardsLen
Is there a way to add a key on a Yealink desk phone to monitor the status of a queue voicemail box? Like a BLF speed dial but that speed dial transfers to the voicemail box of the queue for each user. And monitors whether or not the queue has an unread voicemail.
How can I get recordings from past years such as 2020, because I really need that recording?
I was able to modify the help and support page on my E550 under menu, help and support, and contact support. I have our support services business hours, phone number, and logo working. However, I cannot figure out how to also add an email address or additional phone number. Anyone else do this? I followed the link below but it doesn't show an email example. I added the below parameters to a test Zoom Phone Template and assigned it to my E550 only. I tried adding an additional line for email, but no luck.
