The recording of our meeting today has audio but no video. Does anyone know what caused this so I can avoid it in the future?

    Hi @JamiP, was this a local or cloud recording? Was the playback of the recording just a black screen or no video file?

    I am having the same issue, but it was a local recording? And it is completely black.

    It was a cloud recording. The screen is black but all audio is heard.

    Resolved the problem. Operator error! Never noticed before the options to see screen, audio, or chat.
