How can i change the sender name on confirmation emails for my webinar. At present it is my personal name, I want to change it to my company name. I have a Workplace Pro account.
Hi, If there is a yellow border around a speaker, say you have joined late (unmuted) to the meeting and they are already speaking, would they be able to hear you? Or does it cancel out your voice? Can more than one person have this active speaker (yellow border) at one time? - So allow for multiple people to be speaking at once? Thanks, Kim
Hi, I need to present via zoom, when I'm doing so, the presentation mode goes full screen and I cannot see my notes (I either have to use my phone and it's too small, or print them our, but it's long). Is there a way I can split screens and one part will be a shared presentation, and another my notes? When I just do the split screen (on MacBook pro), it works, but as soon as I start presenting via zoom, it goes full screen back. thanks in advance!
both my devices are kicked out on zoom. laptop hp 350 processor windows 7, keeps saying low bandwidth then leaves zoom. phone redmi 9A GETs kicked out of join rooms and at some point I am unable to see the video.
I am trying to set up 'use dual monitor.' My ultimate goal is to keep participant window open when i share a screen on my side monitor. I've found the instructions: settings -- > general --> 'use dual monitors' I see nowhere to select 'use dual monitors.' Advice please, J
Hi Zoom Support,We are encountering a blocking issue when using the Zoom Webinar API (`POST /webinars/{webinarId}/registrants`) to register attendees.For all webinars — even newly created ones — the API consistently returns:"You have reached the limit for the number of attendees you can add. Contact Zoom Support for more information."Important context:- We are on a Zoom Webinar 1000 license- This issue occurs specifically during the Webinar API registrant creation step- Zoom dashboard shows 0 total registrants (Approved: 0, Denied: 0)- Registration setting is set to Automatically Approve- The error occurs even on new webinars- We are not reusing old webinar IDs or emails beyond expected limitsAdditionally:- Our frontend architecture uses Zoom Meeting SDK (meetingsdk-web v3.13.1)We suspect this is a backend-level lock or stuck cap affecting our account globally. Please assist with clearing any backend attendee cap or advising how to restore registration functionality.Thank you 
I shared my screen to everyone in zoom and that black box covered the content. I know it's the Zoom features like participant images, pens, etc. covering my screen. I don't know how to fix it, I use a Lenovo with Intel UHD Graphics. I don't know if it's related to the computer model, it doesn't appear this problem on my HP laptop. I just bought this Lenovo, Windows 11. Please tell me if the problem is my computer or zoom. And please tell me how to fix it.
When I enter Zoom after first signing into ECAMM, the audio either doesn't work or is delayed significantly (like 5 seconds) and I get a message from Zoom saying : RECORDING ALERTThe microphone is not working properlyThe voice of other participants can still be recorded, but your voice cannot. It says to check the microphone. I contacted ECAMM and followed these instructions:1) Choose Output > Virtual Mic > Uninstall Virtual Mic... to uninstall the plugin2) Quit Ecamm Live and restart your Mac3) Log back into your Mac, and launch Ecamm Live4) Install the Virtual Mic plugin again by choosing Output > Virtual Mic > Install Virtual Mic THAT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THEN I sent the Diagnostic Log to ECAMM and after checking it, they said the problem is on the Zoom side. If I discoonnect ECAMM and close Zoom and then reopen Zoom, the microphone works properly. Can you please help?
I am moving over to a new computer and in doing so downloaded the outlook plug in for Microsoft 365 to use the scheduling function. When I schedule a meeting, the appointment form pulls up to enter e-mail, time and date, etc. The FROM: email automatically populates and it is not my e-mail. It's my husbands and I do not use his email at all in my mail program. I cannot figure out how to change it or where the settings are that this is pulling from. Any guidance is appreciated.
When an attendee receives a registration confirmation email for our webinar, they receive an email from my name (and the Zoom no-reply email), but the photo icon is the Zoom logo. Is there a way to customize this photo icon so that it could be our own company logo?

I find that the csv import intermittently doesn't work. I set up a monthly webinar with the same panelists using the same csv file, and it seems to work about 50% of the time. Today it asks me to confirm that I am complying with Zoom policies after I select my file, and then it goes back to the previous import screen without uploading the csv file.

Hello. I have been recording to cloud zoom of my team meetings or my own meeting for a training video. Unfortunately, when I download the video, it shows up in a very low quality, often 640x350 resolution or lower and it nearly looks pixilated. How can I fix this? Always i had recorded in 720P but from 1 month to today is it impossible to record in 720P I i record in my computerthe resolution is 720P but in cloud not.
When start a meeting with recording to cloud, during the meeting, I parse the recording, and continue later. After the meeting, when I call the API of Zoom the duration is 40 mins, from recording start time to end time, but when I open the recording video, it show 14 mins, only include the recording time. Which API can return the real recording time of 14 mins?
I have created a Zoom App, and authorized my account with it in Local test. I just got the Swift Go 16 SFG16-72T-95LG Laptop, which works perfectly well except for when I go on ZOOM. I get no sound from my laptop once I am on ZOOM. I tried playing sound from the internet and VLC media and got nothing. I get sound once I leave ZOOM.The Audio test in Windows Audio Setting was fine.I used the "Test Speaker & Microphone" function in ZOOM and it says my audio device is not working properly.I uninstalled ZOOM and installed again using the download on ZOOM.Please kindly help…I believe this is perhaps a driver or settings issue!
I organize weekly meetings.The videos are recorded locally.When I’m the one starting the meeting, the files are in 1080p quality.However, when the meetings are started by the alternative hosts I’ve assigned, the recordings are only in 720p.How can I fix this?

Ok,I can live stream to Facebook just fine on my PC Zoom app. I can also live stream to Youtube from my computer Zoom app. I can live stream from my Iphone Zoom app to Youtube, but when I select the "More" option only Youtube is available. I have no Facebook option.Thanks.
I scheduled a meeting on the zoom web on Chrome browser and I added an invitees email address but it doesn't look like it sent an invite out. Does it no longer automatically send out a Zoom invite to the invitee's email address?
Come on ZOOM, you've done a nice job of providing customization in session with apps for backgrounds and such, but really your meeting invite template is rather drab and boring. Is there a way to upload a custom meeting invite template, perhaps created like the backgrounds in canva or similar. The current options are very limiting and impersonal. For each invite I sent out I have to spend 2/3 minutes to edit. It contains information my clients don't want or need and it would be great if the invite background could be changed to something with an image and most of the time I only need the zoom link and not ALLLLLLLLLLL the other stuff. Is there a place to make feature suggestions?
