Hi everyone! How are you all?I'm on my MacBook Pro.I'd like to know if there are any issues with signing in, as I'm getting a 5003 error in the app (Version: 6.5.1 (58208)). I'm trying to sign in with Google because I use it for sign-in.I uninstalled the app altogether and reinstalled it, but I'm still having issues, so I guess it's some general problem. Maybe.Let me know.
I have recorded a meeting and saved locally on my computer, however the record files were not completely converted.Please help to convert them completely
Every day I get at least 1 or 2 confirmations of Zoom meetings I didn't sign up for. Then I get notifications that the zoom meeting name has been changed. Reporting the abuse is a tedious process. SUGGESION: Include a link in all Zoom emails to report it or state that you did not sign up for it.And maybe start canceling accounts that do this.
I am a super Admin for the account and we have a sites using Zoom Phone with two Poly Edge e350 desktop phones. The users at the site have reported that when these devices are on an active call, there is no external audible ring to indicate a second incoming call. Other than the beep that is heard in the handset only, which is not sufficient to alert nearby team members. Our goal is to configure the devices so that a second incoming call triggers an audible ring from the phone’s speaker, ideally at a volume loud enough for another team member to hear and respond by picking up a different phone in the area. Does anyone know if there’s a configuration or solution that would make this possible? If so, could you please share what steps would be needed to implement it?Thanks!

Hola,Utilizo el zoom desde el ordenador porque durante mis sesiones quiero compartir el sonido. He visto que la opción de compartir solo sonido solo esta disponibles desde la app del ordenador. No se puede hacer entrando al zoom desde un navegador ni desde el movil. Me ocurre que el audio desde la app del ordenador me funciona mal. Desde el navegador se me oye bien pero desde la app no. Por lo que no debe de ser mi microfono, si desde el navegador se oye bien. No entiendo que puede ser. A alguien más le pasa? Saben alguna solución para que se me oiga bien el audio desde la app del ordenador y asi poder compartir sonido y que se me escuche bien a la vez? Gracias

Needing to change 40 Auto Receptionists and have already created and tested the template. When I try to apply the template, the checkbox is greyed out at Auto Receptionist. These are all (Main Auto Receptionist) for the sites.I am the phone admin.Also tried with account owner login. Is there setting I need to change or go about this a different way?
I bought a 20 USD package which includes unlimited calls to any region but I am only able to call the USA and I needed this for calling UK numbers but the system doesn't let me call them What should I do
Has anyone found a way to customize reports for Zoom Phone? Such as the User performance report under analytics & reports. The usage report does go down to 1 call for the time range set, we are looking for users that may have 0 calls during the time period set as well.
I’m experiencing an issue with the in-meeting chat settings. I’ve configured the chat so that participants can only message hosts and co-hosts. However, when I select the “Host and co-hosts” option, the chat gets completely disabled — participants are unable to message anyone, including the hosts.I’ve double-checked the settings both in the Zoom desktop client and on the Zoom web portal. The chat feature is enabled globally, and “Participants can chat with: Host and co-hosts” is selected. Despite this, the chat window disappears entirely for participants, as if chat is turned off altogether.Could you please help me resolve this issue or clarify if there is a bug or a conflicting setting causing this behavior?Best regards
I really like the convenience of texting from the Zoom phone app on either the desktop or cell phone app. However, I cannot find a way to cleanly export SMS messages other than doing screenshots with third-party apps. It does not appear from other threads that anyone has found a work around for this issue, but I wanted to tap the knowledge base of the audience to see whether anyone has solved this issue. Likewise -- IF ANY DEVELOPMENT GURUS ARE FOLLOWING THE THREAD, please incorporate a feature to export SMS messages and their contents (i.e. attachments) into the next major software upgrade for Zoom!
Hello everybody! I had a meeting last week, that I had to record, I selected the "save in the cloud" option, everything went fine. I did a 2 minute video first, stopped and recorded another one, the one that I actually need. Once done, I tried to download everything, and I can only see the first 2 minute video, not the second one. There's a .txt file indicating a code error, I will copy and paste this: 06/24/2025 23:16:03:610 : [R140]:122,1750,40,38116504,006/24/2025 23:16:03:610 : [S503]:183,9240729,8406/24/2025 23:16:03:610 : [S503]:183,3604633,84 This was from a regular PC, and I'm using the 6.4.7 version. Do you know if there's any chance that I can recover this recording, and what should I do? Thank you in advance!

I have a user who is a delegate on zoom and google calendar for two people. When they make a meeting on google calendar for the first person they were a delegate for, it all works fine. When they try the same thing for the second added person, it makes the original person the host, and second person the organizer. Is google calendar only allowed to make meetings for the first person? Am I missing something?
Hello!The problem we're having is that when people join our meeting we notice that people enter the room with the same name. The thing is we are hosting a recurrent meeting every Monday and Friday until Nov. 20 using that same link. So, we really want to have it all working correctly, and not having people to see that name when they try to join the meeting, because it could be a little confusing for them, and not knowing the real names of our participants really affects our sessions (we have people who don't know how to rename themselves).Could somebody please help us before Monday?Thank you!
My waiting room was working well until a couple of weeks ago. Now, my patients are not automatically placed into the waiting room. I have to watch for an email notification telling me they've logged in and then I start the meeting from the link in the email. It's impossible to work efficiently this way. The waiting room option is set up in my account.
Every single time I use Zoom, it crashes my internet across all devices.I still have Wifi - I can login to my router - but no internet on any devices.This only happens when using Zoom.I have restarted my router, restarted computer and my network card, and tried splitting my connection into 2,4 and 5GHz networks. I've done a meeting. When we started, it says recording in progress. I did'nt check witch recording it was.When I check at the end, I have no recording of the video but I have the transcript. Is there anywhere a trace of the audio recording, if not the video.

I am running a live seminar and broadcasting it on Zoom- Friday was day one, TODAY is day 2- I recorded with Fathom and it only recorded the Audio and the Presentation of the co-host sharing, and it did not record the other co-host whose video was pinned. I'm experiencing a significant audio processing issue with our Zoom Rooms when using the Google Meet integration that appears to be related to how audio settings are handled between the two platforms.Issue Summary: Our Zoom Room properly respects the configured audio settings (Echo Cancellation and Noise Suppression disabled) when hosting native Zoom meetings, but completely ignores these same settings when joining Google Meet meetings through the Zoom Rooms interface.Configuration Details:Zoom Rooms with Echo Cancellation and Noise Suppression disabled (see attached screenshot)Multiple microphone models tested (including Blue Yeti Nano)Music Mode enabled to preserve audio fidelityWindows audio enhancements disabled at the system levelObserved Behavior:Native Zoom meetings: Audio settings are properly applied - music playback is clear and unprocessed as expectedGoogle Meet via Zoom Rooms: Audio appears heavily processed despite identical settings - music is suppressed/filtered, suggest
Is it possible to order multiple phone numbers from different countries? I can see in the pricing pages obvious options for adding additional numbers in different area codes in the US for example, but the specific use-case we are looking for is:- Normally making calls from Australia, but occasionally, the US, South Africa, Canada and Europe- Need an Australian mobile (+61 4xx) number, but also US and New Zealand numbers ideally- The ability to add additional European numbers in future would be very useful
