Zoom Phone Reports

Has anyone found a way to customize reports for Zoom Phone? Such as the User performance report under analytics & reports.

 

The usage report does go down to 1 call for the time range set, we are looking for users that may have 0 calls during the time period set as well.

The user and common area usage reporting has been moved to the Dashboard under usage and adoption. Once you get their, on the right side, you'll see export to CSV, click on that and in the drop down, you will see export no usage extensions. This no usage will be based on your date details you enter.

Thank you, it appears I do not get a drop down for no usage extensions, when I click on export to csv it just exports with no options.

I think that's still a beta feature. Contact Zoom to enable it. Not sure why it's still beta? We requested this feature 3 years ago and it's been active on our account for about 2 years.
