All have the same name when joining the meeting

Hello!
The problem we're having is that when people join our meeting we notice that people enter the room with the same name. 

The thing is we are hosting a recurrent meeting every Monday and Friday until Nov. 20 using that same link. So, we really want to have it all working correctly, and not having people to see that name when they try to join the meeting, because it could be a little confusing for them, and not knowing the real names of our participants really affects our sessions (we have people who don't know how to rename themselves).

Could somebody please help us before Monday?

This could potentially be related to an API-generated meeting using 'start_URL' instead of 'join_URL' as referenced in the article below:

If this is too much to comb through, can you post a snapshot of the meeting URL, but blur out any reference to your organization and the meeting ID? Would just like to see if there are any red flags.

One of my coworkers is having the same problem.  She is utilizing the copy invite to send to the invitees and they are using the link that says join meeting but everyone has the hosts name, we have checked all settings and cannot figure it out.  The meetings do not require registration or anything.  Let me know.  Thank you.
