I have this weird problem, that I can not start zoom, when I am connected to WI-FI at home. The internet connection is good, as everything else works but Zoom. The browser can not open any file or page that is about Zoom. It would work with mobile net if it was stable enough. Can somebody have an idea what the problem is, and how can it be solved? By the way the firewall is not a problem. with  or without firewall, Zoom does not come through. Thank you! 

I just hosted a Zoom in my graduate seminar at UCSB where we didn't record but had Live Transcript enabled. Usually I then save the live transcript but this time I ended the meeting without doing so. Is there any way to retrieve that?

I’m a teacher and I have classes with 40 students. When I select the option “Participants can only send messages to the host” in the chat settings, no one is able to write anything in the chat at all. What is the reason for this? I upgraded to the Pro plan thinking that might be the cause, but it didn’t fix the issue. What should I do?

Hi, as I was logging in to a zoom meeting a few days ago, my device said it was updating and ever since then, every time I go on zoom, my screen flashes away like some kind of LSD trip and I have to turn my camera off! Can anyone please advise? 

How do I kill Fathom. I have uninstalled it restarted my computer and it is still asking to load Fathom as I am trying to join a zoom call.It is iritating to say the least.It is like a cockroach infesting zoom.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Zoom Forum,  I have a dilemma, I will be taking an econ exam that is open note and will need to share and screen record while taking the exam.  Is it possible to share and record two monitors in zoom, I would like to have the exam up on one monitor and have my notes open on the other monitor while recording?  If this doesnt work I will have to print off my notes and only record the exam on one monitor.Thanks

On the iOS app, when I share my phone screen, a floating image of my avatar covers portions of the screen.  I can drag it around, but I would really like it gone.How do I remove the floating avatar?Thanks,Glenn

My computer option is disabled and greyed out for me. That's why I am not able to send any file using My computer Option in chat .I am using Windows 10 and zoom version is : 5.17.11 (34827).I have tried different ways like making host each other and also restarting zoom, then also I have tried using zoom app and zoom web login both way but it didnt work. Not able to choose any file from "My Computer" option.

Meeting is over and minutes from AI have hit my inbox. I have edited them and now what to share them but when hitting the share button and adding all participants info I see no send button. Does the share button automatically send the edited copy to all. I copy the link and I can send that out myself but curious why I can’t send the edited meeting summary from the editing page?

Why are my meeting summary and recording restricted? I’m the owner of this account and I need to request acces??? I am the only person in the account so I’m really lost. 

I am trying to share a slide from a presentation in fullscreen mode in a different space (desktop) from the Zoom app's main window.  If I am not in the space with the slide Zoom pauses the sharing.I want to share a slide but not have participants see my mouse pointer when I stop sharing or change the slide.

When I'm the host during a meeting, and I'm using my Samsung smartphone, and I share the screen for a presentation, I can't see myself nor the other members of the group. How can I fix this?

After The newest update reoccurring classes (usually at the very end of a page of many zoom meetings) is now missing. I need to scroll down hundreds of other meetings to get to the reoccurring class meetings. It is very frustrating. There must be an easier way to search for those meetings. Especially if there are hundreds of meetings. I’m on an iPad. Is there a search bar somewhere? If so, where do I find it 

when one of my colleagues logs into our large/webinar accounts, they need a code to log in. How long does this last before they are asked again?

Why can’t the start time be included in the human-readable part of the invitation email?I understand it’s in the ICS attachment but sometimes I don’t want to add it to my calendar. I just want to know when to call. Not to mention sometimes in forwarding the attachment is dropped. It doesn’t seem like too much programming effort to start the email with: XX is inviting you to a meeting on <date> at <time>instead of the current XX is inviting you to a meeting (if you want to know when, open the attachment, if you can find it). 

Hello zoom, i  have issue with my account and i was not able to attend anything on zoom previously. I gave you call you solve that problem but unfortunately i don’t have any proof of that thing happen and i called you today as well but nothing seems to work i have request can you please revert back to this mail and just write i have genuine problem and you solved that issue because i don’t think so on that day ai told they are recording that call i tell the to connect me with real person but they solve the problem instead tell me i have hold on my account just because i didn’t pay.Actually,i am on probation period in the university and i need marks to pass my course due to zoom issue i have lost lot of marks and i now i am not able to pass this semester just provide me a mal that’s it it would be a great help. Thaks very much

Greetings Zoom team! I have a few inquiries that I'm struggling with; I would appreciate your help:Holiday Hours → As an administrator, are we setting those dates and times in the Phone System Management?Preferences → What type of information should we configure and establish in the preferences section?Queue → As an administrator, are we only assigning teams and agents to the queues, or can we also adjust or do other things there? Simply aiming to clarify what details we are setting up in each tab and menu. Cheers!

I'm trying to understand on what frequencies a Zoom Room is emitting its ultrasonic sound for wireless pairing with a soft client and i seem to be unable to find any public information on this.In addition, is it the Zoom Room controller or appliance that would be emitting this sound? I'm assuming it's in 20-22 kHz - similar to Cisco's Webex ultrasound pairing, but i'd love to have a bit more background information on it and a confirmation of sorts.

On Linux when other meeting members try to make annotations on my shared screen, what they draw does not line up with where they are drawing. They can be drawing a rectangle around something in the middle of the screen, and when they stop, i.e. when it shows up on the screen for everyone, it is offset to the bottom right of the screen, wayyyyy off from where they actually drew. Wayland is the future of Linux in terms of compositors, can you please update the Zoom meeting client to properly use Wayland libraries when it is installed, rather than just X.   Thanks.

Hey everyone, does anyone know a good way to fix random disconnections during meetings? My Zoom keeps dropping and it’s super annoying  

We have a Poly Rove B2 / 30 that has a problem staying connected to Zoom.  If we reboot the B2 base most times we are able to make phone calls.  But after a period of time it appears to disconnect from Zoom and we just get a busy signal if we try to dial out.  I have verified the B2 base is still connected to the network as I am able to log into it's web page.  I am not sure what to look for in the SIP logs or SYSLogs to see when it is disconnected.  Any pointers would be appreciated.Thanks,   Steve
