Unable to access meeting summary and recording as the OWNER of the Zoom pro account.

Why are my meeting summary and recording restricted? I’m the owner of this account and I need to request acces??? I am the only person in the account so I’m really lost.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Your meeting summary and recording access may be restricted if IP address access control is enabled on your account, which limits access to specific IP ranges—even for account owners. This setting can be locked at the account level.

It seems like you're having trouble accessing the meeting summary and recording despite being the owner of the Zoom Pro account.
