Hello zoom, i  have issue with my account and i was not able to attend anything on zoom previously. I gave you call you solve that problem but unfortunately i don’t have any proof of that thing happen and i called you today as well but nothing seems to work i have request can you please revert back to this mail and just write i have genuine problem and you solved that issue because i don’t think so on that day ai told they are recording that call i tell the to connect me with real person but they solve the problem instead tell me i have hold on my account just because i didn’t pay.

Actually,i am on probation period in the university and i need marks to pass my course due to zoom issue i have lost lot of marks and i now i am not able to pass this semester just provide me a mal that’s it it would be a great help.

    Hello,

     

    if your Zoom account is supplied by your university you should contact the group on your campus that administers Zoom for the University. This is often the IT support group. 
    This group can review your account logs and open Zoom support tickets.
