Hi everyone, has anyone recently experienced audio delay or lag during Zoom meetings even with a stable internet connection? Sometimes the video works fine but the audio comes a few seconds late. Any settings or fixes that helped resolve this? Thanks!

Hi there, is there a way to see during or after a Zoom Meeting how many of the meeting participants chose to make use of the language interpretation feature? This would be very helpful in order to know if this service is actually beeing used by the meeting participants or not. Thanks for your help!

In the interest of security, I'm switching from Google to Proton for my email & calendar, Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Zoom is able to integrate with Proton calendar. Are there any plans to expand calendar integration so it is compatible with more than the current Zoom, Google, or Microsoft 365 (Exchange) calendar services?

Hello Can someone help me please - I had a zoom meeting that I was the host and I recorded it and I cannot find it - before it would be emailed to me and now nothing - not in my recordings & transcript tab either. Have I lost it ? 

Since the latest update, when i open a new meeting, the meeting windows is just half of my screen, see screenshot. Where can i change that? Is it a Zoom problem or maybe a windows thing?

As an admin, I don’t have the recording management menu item under the Account Mangement menu. I am trying to access a Zoom Room recording, but I can’t find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone, I’m hoping to get some feedback from people who are actively using Zoom Revenue Accelerator in a real sales environment. We are a real estate company and our sales team speaks with clients using Zoom video calls and Zoom phone. Most of our conversations are discovery calls with potential property buyers. At the moment we use the standard Zoom AI summaries, but to be honest we haven’t been very impressed. The summaries are often too generic and don’t always capture the key points of the conversation. Because our whole system already runs on Zoom, we would ideally like to stay within the Zoom ecosystem rather than moving to another platform. So I’d really appreciate hearing from people who are actually using Zoom Revenue Accelerator:  Has it genuinely added value to your 

I regularly share my screen to annotate documents. Currently I annotate by writing with my hand held mouse, however this is becoming more difficult as my hands get older. Is there a way I could link up a tablet and 'pen' to zoom, to be able to do this as though I am writing on a piece of paper with a normal pen? If so, what would you recommend? Thank you.

I am a coach and lead my masterclasses live in fb groups. Since facebook now deletes lives after 30 days, I see some coaches leading classes on zoom and live stream into facebook group. But I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Only option I see is live streaming into facebook profile, and Live on Custom Live Streaming Service option isn’t loading

Most people like me, have a laptop camera and another external camera. Switching between cameras is boring and takes too many clicks.My suggestion is that Zoom could work on a functionality that would allow the Zoom desktop client to automatically switch my camera (from laptop camera to external camera or vice versa) based on which direction I’m looking at.

Hi there,Does anyone know if it's possible to create cell borders / internal borders around the rows and columns, on your table? The only border option I can find is to create a border on the whole thing.  It seems to defeat the purpose of having a table to some degree,  if you can't see the cells visually,  Let me know if anyone has tips!  

Lost the app tile for zoom but its still in apps list. How do I get it back, or uninstall the existing app? 

I have this weird problem, that I can not start zoom, when I am connected to WI-FI at home. The internet connection is good, as everything else works but Zoom. The browser can not open any file or page that is about Zoom. It would work with mobile net if it was stable enough. Can somebody have an idea what the problem is, and how can it be solved? By the way the firewall is not a problem. with  or without firewall, Zoom does not come through. Thank you! 

I just hosted a Zoom in my graduate seminar at UCSB where we didn't record but had Live Transcript enabled. Usually I then save the live transcript but this time I ended the meeting without doing so. Is there any way to retrieve that?

I’m a teacher and I have classes with 40 students. When I select the option “Participants can only send messages to the host” in the chat settings, no one is able to write anything in the chat at all. What is the reason for this? I upgraded to the Pro plan thinking that might be the cause, but it didn’t fix the issue. What should I do?

Hi, as I was logging in to a zoom meeting a few days ago, my device said it was updating and ever since then, every time I go on zoom, my screen flashes away like some kind of LSD trip and I have to turn my camera off! Can anyone please advise? 

How do I kill Fathom. I have uninstalled it restarted my computer and it is still asking to load Fathom as I am trying to join a zoom call.It is iritating to say the least.It is like a cockroach infesting zoom.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Zoom Forum,  I have a dilemma, I will be taking an econ exam that is open note and will need to share and screen record while taking the exam.  Is it possible to share and record two monitors in zoom, I would like to have the exam up on one monitor and have my notes open on the other monitor while recording?  If this doesnt work I will have to print off my notes and only record the exam on one monitor.Thanks

On the iOS app, when I share my phone screen, a floating image of my avatar covers portions of the screen.  I can drag it around, but I would really like it gone.How do I remove the floating avatar?Thanks,Glenn

My computer option is disabled and greyed out for me. That's why I am not able to send any file using My computer Option in chat .I am using Windows 10 and zoom version is : 5.17.11 (34827).I have tried different ways like making host each other and also restarting zoom, then also I have tried using zoom app and zoom web login both way but it didnt work. Not able to choose any file from "My Computer" option.

Meeting is over and minutes from AI have hit my inbox. I have edited them and now what to share them but when hitting the share button and adding all participants info I see no send button. Does the share button automatically send the edited copy to all. I copy the link and I can send that out myself but curious why I can’t send the edited meeting summary from the editing page?
