AI Companion Not Generating Meeting Summaries

I’ve been having this issue where Zoom AI Companion would inconsistently generate meeting summaries.  I was then forced to ensure that I manually enabled AI Companion from Zoom Workplace before I started the day to ensure I got a meeting summary, even though all settings were set to auto start AI Companion had been set.  Last week after the latest update, I’m not getting any AI Companion summaries!

I’ve reviewed all of my settings with other co-workers and all the necessary AI Companion settings are in place.  Even Zoom Workplace shows that AI Companion to auto start is enabled, but I no summaries still.  Here’s a full lie of what I have confirmed as being set.

Meeting summary with AI Companion (ON)

  • automatically assign tasks 
• Automatically generate tasks from call summary and check everything below it.
