Is there a way to set up my holiday/vacation so that calls go directly to my voicemail without ringing?Also, can someone explain the Call Handling options on Holiday List & Call Handling? Should I turn those sliders on or off? I just want the calls to go directly to my OOO voicemail. 

Is there a way to copy the participants in a Zoom meeting so that they can be input into Wheel of Names for a prize drawing during the meeting. Copy doesn't work so I have been re-typing the list of participants while the meeting is going on. Zoom provides a list of participants when the meeting is over, but that doesn't help during the meeting.

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi,I had a really frustrating experience today. I was scheduled for an interview with the Head of HR Americas at Zoom, only to find that the meeting invite didn’t even include a link to join the call. For a company like Zoom, this was disappointing and made for a poor user experience. 

I have Zoom Pro and am trying to schedule a meeting with a co-host. Every time I try adding a co-host I receive an error message "Unable to assign "(email address)" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time. How do I fix this?

I need to be able to see the phone number of the person I am talking to. I know that you can click a drop down button to see the number, but if I click into another app, then the phone number goes away. How can I have the phone number permanently showing?

Hi, I hope some can help me. I am trying to sign in to zoom room controller that I installed on to the CP965 using a configuration file found here: https://zoom.us/client/latest/zrc.apk When I run the app it take me to a sign in screen with options to sign in using, email, SSO, google or facebook. However I am told by our admins that I need to sign in using an activation code which they have given me. The activation code has worked on the Zoom Rooms app installed on windows micro desktop and is shows me the the room the activation code refers to. But I just can find how I use the activation code through the ZRC app on the CP965. I have already update the firmware with the certified custom firmware found here: 

I have multiple people that are in Zoom for Government meetings. When they get put into a breakout room zoom crashes. Has anyone experienced this? It's not just one PC or internet connections, it is happening to multiple people so I'm led to believe this is a Zoom issue?

Good evening, everyone. I'm going thru a problem here and you might be abble to help. I'm co-host a bunch of regular meetings at my work. It was set-up by another person, on their bussiness account, but I co-host them. Something like two months ago they all desapeared from my windows app and from my web browser. Nevertheless, I'm abble to access them if I imput the link or the room ID and password. What can I do to have them back at my windows app?

I have the application installed on my Windows 11 PC.  When I schedule a meeting, Zoom states that the host is my Microsoft Work Account. I used to be able to use Office365 Outlook to schedule a meeting. This function is no longer available. I can only enter invitations by manually typing in the addressees. How do I switch Zoom from being associated with my Microsoft Work Account to being associated with my Microsoft Personal Account? I created my account using my email address and Microsoft Personal account.

Hi all, I’m having ongoing issues setting up a Logitech TAP Scheduler as a Scheduling Display only — no meetings, no Mac/PC — just to show room bookings from a connected Google Calendar. Here's what I’ve done so far:-I connected my Google Calendar via Zoom’s Calendar Integration (already visible and synced in the portal).-I created a Zoom Room for Shared Spaces.-I linked the room to the calendar account.-I generated an Activation Code under the Room's Device section.-I entered the activation code into the TAP Scheduler. However, even after doing all this, the TAP Scheduler still says:"To use the tablet, make sure the room’s computing device (Mac or PC) is signed into Zoom Rooms."I don't want or need a Mac/PC connected — I just want it to operate as a calendar display for room scheduling. Things I also tried:-Factory reset the TAP Scheduler multiple time

Hi,since I updated Zoom to version 6.0.x on my laptop (windows 10), the audio volume is very low.I've not been in a larger meeting since the update, only one-on-one meetings. My audio volume is just like always, I can hear just fine in every other application. The sound test in zoom is also ok, I hear myself clearly, the volume of the test sound is adequate. However, I can hardly hear the people that are in the meeting with me.  I have to turn up the volume on my laptop to a degree, that it hurts my ears when I run an audio anywhere else.What can I do to solve this?

Hello Zoom Community.Sorry if my question was asked already. I could not find the answer.My current set up is a set schedule every week on what times I am available for each day of the week. Zoom scheduler also looks at my Google Calendar to see what is open. So if I have something personally blocked off my Google calendar, it won't show up on the Zoom Scheduler availability for the users to book.My question is, how do I delete the availability on specific days within the month? For example, let's say my availability is 10am-8pm on Thursday, July 5th specific to client review meetings. How do I delete the availability on that specific Thursday but still have then 10am-8pm still be available for all other Thursdays?Right now I manually block off the time off my Google calendar. My set up is that I also have another Zoom availability for certain types of bookings I can still be available for on July 5th (example new client meeting).Is there a way to

All of a sudden when I log into zoom meeting new box appears, are you sure you don't want audio and video. Only option is yes. The Audio and video have redline with Triangle and !. I click it but won't allow to turn on

Hi, I am using zoom for a long time now with the same laptop, and same airpods. lately, when I use my airpods for zoom meetings in my non-mac laptop the volume is so loud and I can't lower it down even when my computer and zoom volume is 0. It doesn't happens on any other app neither if I use my airpods for zoom meetings on my iphone. what can I do about it?

Hey, Just wondering, if we make any changes to our published apps, especially user-managed OAuth apps, do we need to unpublish them first? We updated the OAuth redirect URL in our app, and since then, we've been getting an "Invalid redirect - 4,700" error, even though we're using the correct URL. Any help on this would be really appreciated. Thanks.

HeyHaving an issue when joining breakout rooms - both when manually tryinging to join myself or when the host invites me. It causes the app to essentially freeze, going to a black screen, with a loading icon. I then get stuck between the breakout and main room, and can't access either and have to leave the meeting - but I think also have to force close zoom to get it to actually exit the meeting.  I also know this is happening to a few others.  I am on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, one UI version 6.1, Android version 14. Zoom version 6.1.7.23563 (updated on August 6th) Any help and advice would be appreciated 

Whenever I join a Zoom meeting, only my initials are displayed and not the profile pic I created in my account. I have tried everything but can't seem to put my finer on why it is not displaying. It used to but ever since I updated a new profile pic, it will not display. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,  I just re-installed zoom on my laptop (mac) and my camera is focusing and moving on my face instead of having a fixed recording. Can you please help find where i can cancel this setting and get back to a fixed camera? In other word I don't want the camera to follow my movements while i move. Thanks a lot, Andréa
