Hello, How do I contact Zoom to inquire about inaccurate reporting data for Webinars? For example, I know 20+ people registered to attend my webinar, but Zoom is showing only 14 registrants when I export the list. This has been an ongoing issue, and I don't know why Reports is not showing accurate data in real time.

When I am hosting a meeting and when I am participating in various meetings, I try to screen share in Zoom, it automatically goes to a black screen and says screen share is paused.I don't know how to unpause it. I checked in my account and I everything is toggled correctly. I have also, uninstalled Zoom and re-installed. Nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

Hi, Struggling to find an option that lets me email people with a scheduled zoom link, allowing them to add an .ics or add to calendar link. The pages and instructions I've followed don't seem to give current advice.Such as: Enabling webinar email ICS calendar attachments (zoom.com)But there is no .ics option in any of my settings... Looking at previous options that suggest scheduling it as a recurring event hasn't proved successful for me either.Any help appreciated, thanks.

When I log in to my profile on the web (zoom.us), I can see my profile picture. I have also followed this article https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065840, but it doesn't display when I join a meeting. It used to display, but then stopped working. Do you have any suggestions on what else to try?

I was invited by people from Shincheonji who claimed to be christians (later found that it was a cult) via zoom - to be parto fo zoom meetings, that in the zoom meetings we weren't allowed to chat with others via zoom, because the option to chat between each other was completely gone - all done by hacking the zoom app by their IT team. To chat between each other was disabled by them, intentionally so that no one might speak to each other and reveal who they are - A CULT. How come ZOOM team is not helping in this process in putting strong tools that no IT team might crack it. Those chats are important on each meeting, just because if someone will research that the so called "church" is actually a cult, might actually worn others to get out of there on time. People who have been deceived in such way gave their entire lives to the cult, some even being suicidal at the end.  So why is it that ZOOM allowed it? Is it possible for one Agent to call another Agent in ZCC?.  When making a 'New Voice Call' the 'Contact Center Contact' list isn't available to select an Agent from.  This contact list is available when transferring calls.  Any help appreciated

I had a problem yesterday at a Zoom meeting.  I was using a laptop in the same room as the presenter.  I have done this many times without any problems.  I have a headset with a microphone connected to the laptop.    When I was let in to the meeting, for some unknown reason Zoom did not detect my speaker nor microphone.  (And i did not know that until I was let in to the meeting.)   But the laptop was causing echo in the Zoom meeting.  There was no way that I could mute my session because, as Zoom did not recognize my microphone and speaker/headphones, it did not provide me with a mute icon.  This has never happened before, and it did not happen when I just tested the laptop and headset with another Zoom session.  I have no idea why Zoom did not sense my microphone and headset.  But I consider it a bug that Zoom did not present me with any way to mute.  I had to disconnect from the Zoom session.

Hello, I'm here to ask if anyone has the issue where, when you join the meeting, and you have set Zoom on dark mode, apparently the color surrounding my webcam is gray, when I want it all black.Is there a way to get rid of the gray box around my camera? I can link/show a screenshot of it so you can see what I mean by it.Example of the issue I'm talking about. 

Hi team   Is it any difference for recording locally on a chromebook? I've tried all the setting options that came to my mind but the option to record when i'm a host is not  on my side.

Simple if in a zoom meeting and recording the recording is fine. But if you share a screen it changes to a portrait frame and a horizontal picture/video, regardless if the share is either way. Changed ratio aspect to original aspect, and not scale to fit. Is there more ratio aspect settings in the shared section ? It also happens when co-host share, on there phones probably because they are portrait. Or when we share music so partisans can hear it better. How can we share and ensure the recording ratio aspect doesn’t change?   Note the actual livestream aspect ratio does not change, all looks good from the live screen. Hence why it is confusing when it changes in the recording.  Please fix this if you can Zoom, looks like a few people have this issue and have to use work around sir not use the option. Sad if your options are not useable.

I would like to state that I am not a fan of not being able to get answers from Zoom and being directed to "Zoom Community". I feel Zoom should provide answers, not the people who use Zoom. With that being said, I would appreciate your help.I recently scheduled multiple meetings for my board, but only ONE meeting is showing under my scheduled meetings. I do not consider these meetings "reoccurring meetings" because they are not on the reoccurring dates AND the information that I copied and put in the calendar invites do NOT match.How can I see ALL the meetings I scheduled?Thank you,April

Can an Admin User access deleted Zoom chats, or is that something only the Owner can see?

I am having serious problem with the resolutions of my recordings. I am recording to my computer using a Brio 4K webcam, setting is to HD, but despite my 4K cam the result is less than 720p. This started 3 weeks ago and I am not able to mitigate the issue despite spending hours on the app as well as searching everywhere including this community platform. Unfortunately I am considering walking from Workspace Pro and use a cheaper option and invest in other programs.

Hi, I am registered with Zoom using my active Gmail address.  With my previous - now deleted email address/Zoom account - Zoom would open Outlook to send the meeting invitations once the meeting was scheduled.  When I schedule a meeting now, it doesn't do that.  Should Zoom be generating an email from Gmail to send my invitations, or do I just copy the information and send it myself, or does it matter?  Thanks!

Dear People,After Skype has turned on noise cancellation i am up to try the latest version of Zoom for online guitar lessons.See that the option is implemented now and happy for that, BUT if i go to the settings tab and turn it on the input level does not register my guitar or a hand clap, while it does my voice.Anyone has this new function working in Linux?What am i missing?Thank you so much in advance!Using OpenSuse Tumbleweed.

Hi Everyone! I work for a MSP that has a client that has had nonstop zoom issues...Just looking for some help, any help really....I am a senior engineer so I have done most of the basic troubleshooting steps....It happens on surfaces....I am not sure why, but surfaces have so many issues with zoom. They are running Intel processors. Is there any advice you can give me to help my client? They are incredibly frustrated. thank you so much

We have some users that are using Teams Meetings in our Zoom Room that experiences Video issues intermittently. It seems like throughout the hour long meeting, the screen will freeze 3-4 times. I seems like we continue to have these connection/bandwidth issues with teams through zoom rooms constantly and not sure how we can fix this. We never have issues with zoom meetings, solely just teams. Also it is just down to one room of ours that usually has this issue, but we have ruled updates for for the app since it's happened across a series of different updatesZoom controller version is 6.4.6 (3654)Zoom Room App Version is 6.4.5 (5758), 64 bitAny troubleshooting tips would help in this case.

Someone already in the room (e.g., a co-host) can then approve or deny entry.Just like in a physical office—you knock before walking into a room, especially if a private or sensitive conversation is happening.Consent to Move:Do not allow hosts or co-hosts to move a participant from one breakout room to another without the participant’s consent.
