I have changed phones but can't locate an app for free 'basic' - personal use. Anyone have a link? Guidance greatly received.

Hello @ZcatdogA1,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

The Zoom app can be downloaded from app stores such as the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and other platforms. Once installed, you can use the app with either a free or paid account. The main distinction between these accounts depends on the type of login you use.

If you’re looking for a free version of Zoom for personal use (“Basic” tier), here’s how you can get it:

The official Zoom apps (desktop, iOS, Android) include support for the Basic/free plan.
On Android, search “Zoom Workplace / Zoom Cloud Meetings” in the Google Play Store and install it.
On iOS, get “Zoom Workplace” from the App Store.
On desktop, download Zoom from the official Zoom Download Center.
