I currently have a free account. I recorded a meeting in the cloud, but unfortunately I don't have a cloud capability because my account is not upgraded yet. If I upgrade now, can I still access my recording, even though it was made when I was on a free account?

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

If you recorded a meeting while on a free Zoom account, the recording won’t be saved to the cloud, since cloud recording is only available to paid plans. Upgrading afterward won’t recover or unlock that recording. To save and access cloud recordings, you must have a paid plan with cloud recording enabled before the meeting.
