Hello, i am trying to sign up for the zoom phone and when i go to payment, it start to process but then gives error message as shown below. I have used different types of payment method also but still the same error comes up. An error has occurred and we are unable to complete your purchase. Please make sure your information is correct or contact support for assistance. Error Code: 5613 Can someone please help with this?

Please, I need to go back to the classic version of the old whiteboard because the new one is not working properly, actually, I can't use the new one because when I start the whiteboard my connection fails and this only happens when I try to use the new whiteboard. I'm using a whiteboard from another app, and it's not fair as I'm paying to have all the tools on Zoom. Can you help me to go back to the old version?
Hi, I get a '403 permission denied' error everytime i log into zoom. i can still use my account as normal but it pops up every time. Any ideas? CheersJohn

Hi,Working my way through setup. My calls come to auto receptionist then get sent to one of two call queues depending on time of day. One issue I have is that when the call is coming through both on the handset (poly e550) and the desktop app, it only shows the phone number and instead of the name it shows "forward from main auto receptionist" and the phone number. The system knows the name as it is displayed correctly in the call history (on desktop app, in the phone under recent calls it still indicates "forward from main auto receptionist" and the phone number). The voicemail(in the desktop app and email) also properly indicates the name. We need to be able to see who is calling. Any way to make this happen?
Hi,when I create in Zoom calendar invitation with Zoom Workplace, it is displayed in my Zoom Calendar at the right timing (let's say, 10am).In my Outlook and Mac Calendar, the same for all the participants of the meeting, the invitation appears one hour ahead (e.g., 9am).Any idea?Stéphane
I click my profile picture in Zoom Workplace and select "Add account". It asks me to login, which I do. But it fails to add the account to give me a fast way to switch between two different Zoom accounts. What am I missing, or is this another Zoom bug?

Hi, This morning all of our zoom meeting and webinar cloud recordings have disappeared from the Zoom system? We had 40+ recordings in there last week and this morning there are none. Nothing in the trash and I'm the only one with access to the account and I know I didn't delete anything. Last email from Zoom was telling me my latest recording is now ready, so isn't a billing or license thing?

As an attendee, the "doorbell" sound that plays when someone joins or leaves the meeting can be disruptive, especially in large meetings where people are coming and going frequently.While I know this feature helps hosts stay aware of who’s joining, it would be amazing if attendees could have the option to turn off this sound for themselves. This small adjustment could help reduce distractions and create a more focused environment, particularly when attending multiple meetings throughout the day.Has anyone else felt the same? I'd love to hear your thoughts and if others think this would be a helpful feature!
Not allowing individuals to control the entry chime as a personal setting is an accesibility issue that needs to be addressed. Many people using Zoom are autistic or neurodiverse and that chime is a problem for them.I had to leave a large meeting becuase the chime was cuasing extreme painful discomfort and pushing me toward severe overstimulation. This is not a minor nicety, this is a disibility access issue, and is not acceptable.

Currently we have a user who has Zoom from his google workspace account trying to create meetings in his outlook calendar. Calendar entries work fine on outlook web but when an entry is created in outlook for IOS it would prompt to sign into zoom every time a meeting is added to the calendar. The user is using an Iphone 16 with the latest IOS version, both Zoom mobile and Outlook have been reinstalled, calendar synchronization works between outlook mobile, online, and zoom. Is there a way to resolve this?
Why is Zoom AI so bad? - Are the developers just useless and not up to the standard of literally all other AIs. I just had a meeting and all I wanted was a more detailed summary of points and takeaways extrapolated from the transcript. If I had a transcript, I'd run it through ChatGPT, but I can't do that, because Zoom can't do that either. I feel like Zoom is just complacently hoping that people don't go elsewhere and use a platform that actually works, and continue using their junky platform. So, real question... Why is the AI companion so ridiculously terrible and has almost no real functionality or understanding for tasks?
Somehow, the title to my Meeting Summaries was edited for a specific matter related to a specific client. Now, all of my Meeting Summaries start with the specialized title that was only intended for this one particular client. I want to change it back to the default setting or something more generic. Help please.
I've been using recurring meetings- meet anytime for 1:1 meetings that occur randomly through the week. Today I tried to schedule a new one, but the function for "meet anytime" is gone. Support article says it should be listed under the "recurrence" drop down, but I don't see it there. It seems like it was forcing me to put in a specified date and time for recurring meetings, which really just doesn't work for what I need.
All my clips disappeared. When I try to contact support it says my account is Basic and for that reason I cant contact support except for reading the community, when my account is supposed to be a paid account (the last payment was 4 days ago and successful). in my main profile online it says my account is "Workplace Pro". When I try o creating a new "Clip" id doesn't save it after I record. In the clips area it just says "No Data".What is going on?? How do I get my clips back??
Hello, My company has signed up to Zoom Contact and Zoom Phone Enterprise. I have a good working knowledge of AI voice agents having worked on POC agents in Ragflow, N8N and Elevenlabs. It's early days so I am happy to park this to one side as we are working with a professional partner.What I am struggling with is the change in behaviour between querying a knowledge base, querying a virtual agent with a minimal prompt and querying a deployed virtual agent in full screen url campaign deployment. Given I have spent much of the last year, preparing, cleaning and building RAG agent workflows for text and speech, I am trying to figure out why the same knowledgebase would retrieve different matched content from the same knowledge base using a vanilla prompt.Are there video tutorials and documentation that go through end to end example projects to give blueprints and examples for start to finish workflows, as is often the case with N8N youtubers?
Good morning, I was editing the recording—saved in the cloud—of my meeting on Saturday, October 18th, when the message “error” suddenly appeared. Since then, I haven’t been able to view that recording anymore; it’s not in the trash and it’s no longer listed among my recordings. What should I do?
When the Zoom Virtual agent submits a response, it plays a tone at maximum volume, which hurts my ears. The tone does not respect the Windows volume control. Environment: Dell Latitude 5400 laptop, Windows 11 Pro, current Zoom version.

On Monday mornings, the KB crawlers are slowest because clients like to update their KB's then. Try an off-rush hour time like Monday night or Tuesdays for a faster weekly sync.
