Can’t create or view meetings – BAA restriction enabled on my free account

Hi everyone,

I’m using a Basic (free) Zoom account.
I cannot create or view meetings in the web portal or the desktop app.
Every attempt returns this error:

execute SQL error – MeetingOccurrenceInfoMapper.getItems – meeting_number = #{meetingNumber}

Zoom Support mentioned that my account might have the BAA (HIPAA) security feature enabled, which blocks data sync, but I have no option to disable or manage it under “Plans and Billing → Plan Management”.

This is a personal account, not subject to HIPAA compliance.
Could someone from the Zoom team please help remove this BAA flag from my account?

Thank you very much!

Hi @laicester. Thank you for posting to the Zoom Community!

The AWS outage that occurred around October 20 may have caused temporary issues like this. Could you please check if you’re still experiencing the SQL error when clicking on “Meetings,” or has the issue since been resolved?
