All cloud recordings have disappeared

Hi,

 

This morning all of our zoom meeting and webinar cloud recordings have disappeared from the Zoom system? We had 40+ recordings in there last week and this morning there are none. Nothing in the trash and I'm the only one with access to the account and I know I didn't delete anything.
 
Last email from Zoom was telling me my latest recording is now ready, so isn't a billing or license thing?
