Dear Community,I am trying to manage settings in order to have a meeting (a yoga workshop) and tu guide a relaxation using some instruments . I use a Rhode mic for me and I have a Yeti Blue for the instruments .. I have managed the musicians option, it is all good, but actually I can't select 2 mics 🙂 Any suggestions for me to lead this musical relaxation and have 2 mics?... Many thanks! 

I'm new to Zoom; I know how to invite others to a meeting without their video being turned on. However, in that case their names are displayed in smaller boxes,  showing when they're speaking. For a meeting, if I just want to record it and only see my video & audio, as well hear the audio of the other participants but not see the smaller boxes displaying the names of the audio participants -- how to I achieve this? Thanks for your feedback.

I'd like to be able to charge for a Zoom call.  Like a consultation.  Is there a way to do that?

Hi,I usually used Zoom to watch my online classes as a universitary student.Since several months, I can't follow lessons anymore because audio and video are stopping every 30 seconds for at least 2 seconds...That's not a problem of connection because I tried also to change it ad it remains.I have this problem both in the app and using zoom by browser.I tried also to make some video calls on zoom with my friends to verify if I had the problem only with Uni classes, but it remains also for private meetings.I don't know where the problem might be, if you have some suggestions, please write me.

and it tells me to wait for the host (which is me) why is this? and also my participants although they follow the link they dont seem to be able to get into the meeting. but I keep trying eventually after about 10 minutes it will let me in.,

 We are providing a lot of courses online. We have 20 zoom accounts (20 zoom licences).  But  we have some time 100 teachers in  for example May month .  It is not reasonable to purchase 100 licences , because some teachers are only for 1 day  or 2 hours  and this will be our only and last colaboration.How teacher can join a meeting an admit people without having the admin start the meeting or be present at all? I don`t want to give to   teachers zoom account login details , but  I am not able  as administrator  make them as host manually  - making them a  host in during each meeting.These teachers are   outside of the organization but has access to the zoom link to join the meeting. I want that teacher   click the zoom link, start the meeting and admit students without me as the admin starting the meeting or being involved or present. However, we want more information on how AI Companion collects info from meetings, chats, and recordings. Will Zoom share that info with third-party tools? How to ensure FERPA and HIPPA compliance? I have been a customer with 2 accounts for 7 years but apparently doesn't warrant help.... My account keeps randomly logging into a friends account and when I finally get it with mine it deletes my name and won't allow me to rename. PLEASE HELP ZOOM!!

HiI give many lectures and I want to record myself lecturing and do a simulive with the recorded file.The thing is I can't find the way to share the screen with my speaker window side by side - so I can record it.My question is how I share my screen and have my speaker view side-by-side?Thanks for the helpLiat

Recently my app always crashes whenever I try to add new image for virtual background. I pressed 'Add Image' then my cursor was loading for a while and then the app crashed. If I were in a meeting, it was 'connecting' and then came back in after a while. There was a notification 'Zoom quits unexpectedly' and I failed to add the image. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and getting updates, but it didn't resolve the issue. It is getting frustrating, because I join a lot of meetings with specific virtual background. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

I have the following setup: MacBookTV connected to MacBook via HDMIRemote Presenter (which I still have to buy - the Logitech R500 which I used so far has no control for Muting/Unmuting and also does not work when used in Zoom virtual background sharing)  How can I share a Powerpoint presentation during a meeting with only the slides in full view mode on the TV (for all physical attendees in my room) and the Zoom window on my MacBook containingthe attendee listmute/unmute button (ideally controllable through my remote presenter)my slides (controllable through my remote presenter)? I have tried two approaches so far - but both of them failed:Starting (i.e. playing) my presentation in full view mode on the TV and sharing the screen of my TV in Zoom (as described in the official zoom support). Hello. A school I work with has an Issue with their Acer Chromeboxes where during meetings after initially joining computer audio it will say "Your browser is preventing access to your microphone." However I have gone in and turned on microphone allowed on in chrome settings and the issue still occurs. I have updated the devices to the newest version and have even factory reset on to troubleshoot with no success. These Chromeboxes are plugged into TV's with a webcam so there is no microphone to begin with. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. This is on the browser version of Zoom since there is no desktop version for chrome.

How do i block or prevent webinar participaments from using AI note taking tools?

I am trying to set up multiple Zoom Rooms with NDI cameras. Currently if I set this up, each room will have access to all of the cameras. What I need to be able to do is restrict each room to only see the cameras within that room. NDI has the perfect settings for this. I can set each camera to be part of a group, and using NDI tools I can set each computer to only see devices in that group, but zoom rooms does not reflect the settings within NDI tools. It seemingly searches for all availble NDI inputs with no way to filter the list. The only way I can get a camera to show up in Zoom Rooms is if I leave the group as public, which then leaves me back where I started where every room can see every camera. I know NDI inputs is still in beta, so maybe this will be implemented later, but is there a way for me to set the NDI group within Zoom Rooms? This would immediatley solve my problem. The only settings I can find in the web portal is to toggle NDI on or off entirely.

Hi!Using @zoomus/websd 2.12.2 on a React project Our users are reporting they can no longer see themselves on the screen. the "View" button (top right) is not available and Zoom only displays the other person, not yourself. I did some research on the limitations when SharedArrayBuffer is disabled but it should not prevent me from seeing myself according to the docs. Is there a setting I can use on launch to specify the view? 

I am working on an integration for my company where we have many recruiters that set up webinars for virtual campus tours. We utilize webinars for these events and I am building an integration using webhooks. This will allow for webinar details to send a webhook payload to an endpoint that will create a Campaign for us in Salesforce.We need to be able to pass over some custom fields/data about the event that are not relevant to the end-user directly, but determine how the end result gets routed and configured in Salesforce.For example, we need to pass over a field that tells us the type of recruiting effort this is going to be. Is this going to be OnCampus, or Online.  Rather than having a custom question where we ask the registrant this, we are trying to set it up in a way where the specific webinar they register for has a hidden hardcoded type so they aren't selecting anything on the registration form, but it's a value that is sent over with it and stored in the webinar record.

I keep trying to figure if this is possible. I want to end my webinar broadcast without ending it for panelists. Is there a way to end the webinar JUST for attendees while allowing panelists to stay on? It would be great to do debriefs after an event without having to jump to an entirely new meeting. Is this possible?

I have a meeting happening tomorrow, registration is required, and 17 people have registered.  However, when I go to generate a registration report, and select a a period that includes tomorrow, it doe not offer me the upcoming meeting to generate a report for.

Some meeting invitees do not see the Zoom invite on their calendar after accepting the Zoom meeting.Does anyone know if that is a setting associated with the my Zoom invite? or the invitee's calendar settings?

Hi guys, I was having a audio issue. Every time I enter a meeting, it shows that Zoom failed to detect my mic and speaker and there's a red mark on my mic icon. But when I test my mic and speakers, everything just go well! And the mic will be normal for onw second. After that, the failed to detect window will pop out again and repeat the same thing. How can I solve this issue? Btw, I'm facing this only after I updated my laptop to Win11. Thanks for your help!
